Really lovely little hotel in a great location ”
Stayed for 1 night as visiting London for the theatre. the hotel is fantastically located opposite Westfield so parking is cheap, safe and easy. Transport into central city also on the doorstep. The hotel is lovely, very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly. Definitely one to stay at next time we visit the Capital.

Disappounting revisit”
Lets get the Pros out if the way, because there are a few. Excellent location directly opposite Westfield London. This in turn gives you access to cheap, secure parking, and transport links into central London. Plenty of places to eat as well as shop. The cons, however, are hard uncomfortable beds that squeak with the slightest movement. En suite facilities that are in desperate need of a damn good bleach clean - mould is not attratctive in a shower cubicle! Tiles, shower door, and even ceiling had signs of mould. It was not nice. Front facing bedrooms are very noisy due to being on the main road and with a bus stop right outside. We had a rear room previously which was much quieter. Its a reasonably priced place, but needs a change in beds, and a deep bleach clean every week. I doubt i will stay again.

The hotel is directly opposite the enormous Westfield shopping centre, and less than 50 metres from Shepherds Bush Green and all its bars, restaurants and shops, and within very easy walking distance of other parts of west London (Notting Hill etc). But the hotel lets itself down in terms of the quality of the stay. In my top floor room, the Wifi was so weak as to be unusable, the television could not hold reliable signal so there was no picture or sound available, and in the morning the water pressure was so low that it was impossible to use the shower. The water literally dripped from the shower head so slowly, it dribbled back down the shower unit making it impossible to use. Breakfast was limited to Corn Flakes, toast or croissant, with tea or coffee. Even at the very competitive price for a central London hotel, I do expect a little bit more. I wouldn't go back, and wouldn't recommend it.

Nice location”
Across the street is Europe's biggest shopping centre Westfield. You can easily spent the whole day there. The room itself is quite small, but got every thing you need. Could do with a bit of cleaning and polishing it'd be perfect. It's not the best hotel out there, but certainly good value for money if you're on a tight budget. Will stay here again if I'm travelling solo next time.

Good but noisy ”
Booked this hotel as my husband was having eye surgery at Westfield. Brilliant location as it was literally across the road. The room was fine for what it was needed for - somewhere to sleep for 1 night, bathroom ok, nice hot shower, television, kettle. Breakfast was just 1 piece of toast each (2 pieces on 1 plate) The staff were friendly. Was quite noisy into & during night time & the room smelt of stale cigarettes but take some earplugs & airfreshner & you'll be fine!

Hotel is next to busy road so not a quiet night's sleep. Room was basic but clean. That said the price was reasonable for London. So no complaints - got what we paid for.

Was told on website ,bed and breakfast,no breakfast offered since covid,so website needs updating, no where local to get breakfast till 10 ,so if you on an early start you have no chance.very disappointed as my friend who was with me is diabetic so no good situation to be in

Great location opposite Westfield shopping center and we could walk to Queen Charlottes and Chelsea Hospital. It was good value for money, a simple but very adequate room . TV, hairdryer, tea and coffee facilities and ensuite shower room. There was also a fan in the room, very helpful as it was 31 degrees the two days we stayed.

Worst than a 1 star hotel”
Wi-fi is unreliable. 0.3 Mbps! Wth! I was expecting at least 300mbps from a hotel in London. Also, it disconnects WAY too often. I can't stand and pee because the ceiling literally hits my head when peeing. It's indicated that breakfast is included in all rooms BUT THERES NO BREAKFAST. Also the kettle in the room is rusty and filthy. The coffee they provided wasn't covered and the bags were left in the open. The doors to the hotel and to the rooms need serious improvement. So many guests couldn't open both doors and it takes quite a while to open it. I guess the only good thing is the room service lady that checks in on me everyday. But I guess there's not much she can do to improve the situation. First time at a hotel that I can't stand and pee. Ridiculous. I hate this place.
