I stayed for three nights this time. If you register for the MGM app, you can do both check-in and check-out through the app. Your smartphone serves as the key. If other people need a key, you can have one made at the front desk. You can operate various things in the room using a tablet. You can also make restaurant reservations and place takeout orders. At the gym, you can receive towels and water by touching the key. The machines are quite well-equipped. You can enter the pool by touching the key, and you'll be given two towels per person. The pool water is clean and feels really nice. It opens at 9 AM, but there is a line of people waiting before that time. (I'm not sure if it's just in the morning, but there are few children around.) The room amenities include shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, and body cream. There is also a hairdryer, but no slippers. Unless you press the "Service" button next to the door, they won't clean the bathroom, so on the first night, there were some hairs left behind. The next day, it was cleaned properly. The casino floor is large, so it's easy to get lost. If you make a mistake with the tram exit, it can be a hassle, so it's better to ask. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay.
Front staff told us to use the tablet to control the temperature (a.c) but it wasnt working properly. (Later that night, it got turned off so we had to use it manually) Manual button for all of them( drapes - curtain, lighting by beds) is not easy to use where we had to push the button several times to work. When checking in, front register staff told us it will be readily available for late check out(2pm) as long as we call in the morning but when i called, different front register staff said “that’s not readily available” and she said 12pm is the max complimentary. For the Price comparing with other hotel, this hotel is ok and average because of the location and cleanliness. But it is not the best considering this is a five star. It could be better.
Aria bills it's itself as high-class, 5 star accommodations and delivers. Plenty of food options, the rooms are nice and clean. For a high end Vegas experience, its a good value.
Celebrated my birthday at Aria and they were very kind to accommodate to our requests, the staff member at invited guest desk added extra complimentary credits which was very kind. Nice view and nice location!

At the time of booking, I requested a king-sized bed. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room with only one king bed and no additional sleeping accommodations. When I contacted the front desk to clarify, I was informed, with little courtesy, "You asked for a king bed; that’s what you got." A rollaway bed was offered — but only for an additional fee. It took extended negotiations and escalation to a supervisor before a rollaway bed was finally provided complimentary. Our room was located on the 30th floor. Unfortunately, noise from the nightclub below was so intense that even earphones did little to block the constant thumping and echoes through the night, making restful sleep nearly impossible. Housekeeping was available only upon request, a detail that was neither mentioned at check-in nor easily communicated. The minibar is entirely weight-sensitive; even moving items slightly risks incurring automatic charges. Guests needing to store personal items such as medications must make separate arrangements, adding yet another layer of inconvenience. Checkout reflected the same disjointed experience: despite having prepaid and supplied financial information at check-in, we were required to re-enter everything again to complete the process. In short, this hotel prioritizes style over substance. Although the building itself may boast five-star credentials, the level of service and hospitality does not come close.
