Everything Excellent”
Strategic location in the heart of Georgetown, walking distance near to tourist spot like Lebuh Armenian. For us driving by car also can park at the back of hotel don't have to worry about parking at the side of road. When I enter to our room, I was suprised by spacious room that we got. For RM84 for a night it really worth it because the room was big enough for 5 of us with beautiful interior design, bathroom also big and clean . You will never regret it! As for staff also friendly and I get to check in early around 1 pm so that I can rest with my family. Thank you again.

A good location with a smile”
Reached the hotel very late in the evening due to delayed flight. Staff (Diana) was very welcoming and helpful. Location-wise, walking distance to all the foods and street arts. The room was clean and spacious. Toilet was clean. Everything perfect except for the TV. No service at all due to repair works but I did not mind at all since I went there to explore Georgetown, not the TV channels. Internet was strong though. Overall experience, complete satisfaction. Will be looking to stay here again.

This time, my 10 times trip to Penang. Best location for sightseeing of heritage area and famous food shop. Staff are very kind for my request and huge room are comfortable to stay. Good value of money. I will be back again!

Amazing location, value for money and clean”
On the fringe of the heritage quarter, this place knocks it out of the park as history is a stroll down the lane. One thing to note though, the azan (call to prayers) can be quite loud as the mosques are nearby. For the price you pay and the room’s ID, big and clean bathrooms and easy access to the main tourist spots of Georgetown, it’s really a steal on a weekend stay. Only caveat, if you’re driving a big family, parking is limited. I love how clean the room and bathroom is. From check-in to check-out, rooms were kept clean and if there were issues with the room locks/door access, it was promptly settled. Amenities like iron and ironing board were easily available. Only thing which could make this hotel more sustainable is having a water fountain instead of the water bottles. Other than that, quite a good stay for a solo traveller

We love this hotel , if possible we will choose it again. It’s convenient location, the painting walls is behind it, the love lane is nearly. In this building, it contains massage and restaurant. And the staffs is nice. The room is spacious and clean. But it’s near the temple, which is loud in the early morning.

Before arrival, I thought my reservation will be cancelled because we arrived the next day of my reserved dates of check-in. Fortunately, upon arrival, the staff still allowed us to check-in and I was able to extend another day of our stay there. ALL of the staff were very warm and accommodating!!! Actually, people from Penang are very nice!!! Our room was very huge for the price!! I highly recommend this hotel. ❤️

Nice place to stay. Sometimes the hotel hosting a flee market on their room top floor. cleanliness just a medium range. Bath and bed are ok. Maybe a new sets of bedding and paint, would change the vibe of overall design.

The rooms were clean..just that we had to call housekeeping to clean the room. The staffs were friendly and we had a pleasant stay. Location was good as the attractions were within walking distance.

The location is absolutely amazing, whether you want to go to the street arts, komter Tower, jetties and so on, they are all a walking distance away. The staff are always friendly and the rooms are kept clean.

It was a great stay overall. The location was right there at the Armenian street which is the most happening area in George town. Hotel room was very nice with wooden flooring and nice, clean and big bathroom.

Armenian Hotel”
Its a good hotel and its near places like little india and pragin mall/komtar. The place its like in the middle of attractions you want to go. Beside attraction the hotel is okay you have to remember its a budget and 3 star hotel so you have to figure out yourself what you expect in 3 star hotel but for me I enjoyed my stay with my family the staff all nice and there's not much facilities in the hotel itself, no fitness center nor swimming pools ya.

The room we get just as described. Although there is no signage for "please clean my room" , staff still comes and clean the room and change our towels. Parking is easy to get and no charge.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times previously and would highly recommend it. Since our last stay management has put small refrigerators in the rooms, which is highly appreciated given the climate. There are cold towels and complimentary drinks for guests in the lobby as well as hot and cold water available. The rooms are large and comfortable and the hotel is in the best location for food, shopping and street art. There is also a free CAT bus stop across the road. Stayed a week this time and would happily stay again. Staff are friendly and helpful and the massage centre on second floor is same price as the centres in the shopping malls. Great rooftop sitting area.

The best choice in Georgetown”
Every place is a walking distance. All the museum, the street art. If you can walk then i prefer walking because the architecture all around are very pretty and unique. You can also pay for beca because its also near the hotel. Overall very strategic and beautiful place. And the rooftop 👍👍👍

Clean, basic room with good proximity to sights”
Room was basic but very clean and well-kept. Hotel architecture was nostalgic, which is great. Close to all the famous murals, good eats and hipster hangouts.
