The house is okay. Super clean & comfortable. The boy at the receptionist is really helpful. HOWEVER, the facilities at arte plus is so bad. Not a nice place as been advertised. Too crowded on weekends. Long queue to use the lift. Not recommended for family w small kids & orang tua.

overall the apartment is great and the facilities is fantastic. but only the check in procedure need to improve, wait about half an hour only can check in that day rushing for an event once we booked, should have a customer service tell us how to park our car and check in waste a lot of our time, after arrive the suite, only the guard told us need to turn other side and park at visitor parking, then only check in and get the pass, then need to drive to other parking when i stayed other suites which similiar operatioin as yours, they will whatsapp us a guide in a pdf file, at least we know how to check in and get our self ready. kindly improve. thank you

Lifts at Arte Plus is a Great Disaster. Need to wait for hours....... We need to use staircase as waiting for lift is a great night mare.

Arte plus is a complicated service apartments and non user-friendly. If you accommodated during peak times you'll be disappointed as the pool is small and the lift are really frustrated. I had to wait for 2 hours just to check in, and we only managed to check in at 5pm instead of 3pm! We arrived early but was not allowed even to park our car in the parking area, so there was a very loooong queue! it was such a very bad experience especially the lift.

Need to improve”
Arrived at 3:30 pm still unable to check in, Check in on 4:30 pm. Floor in the room still wet and sticky when we go into. Water heater at master room is not working. 3 aircon but only 1 remote. Have to share the remote to control the aircon in the midnight, sure cannot sleep well. No dustbin in the room and washroom. Swimming pool is under maintenance, quite disappointed. Place is quite nice but direction not very clear just like a maze.

Very elegant building but very tiring and disappointing service. Staff were very helpful and kind. It should be okay if you were to spend weekdays, but weekend would be super crowded. Lift service is terrible: slow, overcrowded, small, confusing and some times out of order. The hanging garden is very relaxing, good place to unwind and nice place for photo shoot. We booked 2 bedroom suite: hall was very spacious, TV not working, sink water blocked and couldn't drain, bathrooms were clean but super smelly because of drainage problem, bedrooms were too small. Cleanliness should be improved and floors and carpets were not so clean. Overall, quality should be improved, however staff were very helpful and kind.

Lack cleanliness and tedious”
We checked in for one night. The road in front of the hotel was jammed because there is only one entrance for coming in and out from the parking lots. Then, I found out that we had to go to 2 lifts to go to the room. It is quite tedious with all your luggage. It is confusing to find the rooms as they are many lifts since each tower has its own private lift. I also found out that they don't change the pillowcases since they are stained and there was hair on the bed sheet also. The microwave has fungus on the surface maybe it is not cleaned for quite sometime. They don't provide wifi too. However the front desk agent is friendly and helpful.

The top Level of Studio Apartment”
The floor was dusty. The carpet has lots of hair strand and dust. No doormat in front of bathroom. No detergent to was the dishes though they had layout nice cutleries. No plastic for dustbin. There was no towel when I checked in. Had to contact Dani, the runner for towels. In addition, the tv and internet were not stable. You barely get your data connection. However, if you want a very solitude cave, this is a superb unit.

Bad experience ”
Got there at 2.30pm. Booked for 1 bedroom executive for 2 units, they told me that they got the info wrong, that i booked for 2bedrooms apartment. Still,I didn’t get the unit I’ve booked for coz they said there’s a water interruption. They replaced me with a new unit that doesn’t have enough basic facilities. 1room with no electricity,the wifi was bad. Forgot to mention, I’ve waited for bloody 2 hours just for a check in. Worst service ever! Not coming back again.

Worst nightmare I ever had in my life for staying in this unit which treat customer in unprofessional way. No TV functional even do have TV in their unit No help desk will be provided No proper car park facility No dustbin will be provided No grab car will pick up if you stay in this condo Worst scenario is there no electricity on the second day if you stayed in the unit especially when you book with hhereos management units. Besides that, hhereos management will not answer or message if you need anything in case of emergency. They will no show any sign of remorse over their ignorance to guest. Please don't ever stay in artes plus unit manage by hherous.

Dissapointed with the management”
The apartment was great..but the facilities is so dissapointing..swimming pool was dirty..there is a trash in the swimming pool..u have to que almost half an hour just to use the elevator to get to your room..the lazy river, swedish garden and super gym access only use the “bomba lift” and lots and lots of people use that access..the space to wait for the elevator was a nightmare..the stairs was so dirty with lots of obstacles at the lazy river..the “R” level offers new enviroment but the pool at the private event area was so dirty u literally can see trashes like tissues inside the pool..i was so disspointed..this is obviously because of a lot of people checking in but i guess it is not suitable for family to go to..maybe ok for those who are still a bachelor..
