Post Covid Travel”
I was looking for an apartment for myself and 2 adult children that is within walking distance from KL Sentral as we planned to take a very early morning train from KL to Butterworth. Found this hotel that was just 10mins walk away from KL Sentral via NU Sentral. Upon arriving from the airport via KLIA Express, it took us a bit of time (and walk!!) to find the hotel as Google Maps made us walk a merry go round. Turns out that it was a short walk if we had exited from NU Sentral drop off point. Just look for the Menara Shell ans it's sharing the same building (side by side). From check-in to check out, the process was smooth and the staff were very helpful. We booked the 1 bedroom premier executive and the apartment was very spacious and the bathrooms were super BIG!!...only thing is that there is no powder room...so there is not separate toilet if someone needs to use the toilet while someone is showering. Really enjoyed our short stay there and it would be top of my list if i'm returning with my sister and her family as it's around a lot of makan places plus NU Sentral is just a 10min walk away.

Book one of the Studio Premier Twin room. It was fantastic. First of all, the staff there did a very good job in welcoming every customers that came in. The check-in was smooth and the staff are all helpful. For the room with the price offered. I'm quite satisfied with the cleanliness. The room was well-equipped with toiletries, hair dryer, safe-box, iron and refrigerator. A night well spent. Definitely will come again for the next visit. 👍👍👍

Totally love this place. Rooms is big,and modern style. I love it. Pool is fun family friendly. There are two pool, 1 for kids and another pool is about 1.2m depths. Both are separate which is super duper safe for your kids to have fun with. GYM is well maintained, and the whole hotel is so clean. Food is nice and staff is very very polite and helpful. There is nespresso coffee pod inside too complimentary basis. But if you like me, rather have something fresher, down in the lobby there is a self served starbucks machine for coffee, or walk outside to grab coffee from san francisco coffee (office nearby) or walk to NU sentral for more choices. Special credit to staff named Badlishah for assisting us to trace our daughter missing pillow. He is very helpful in the search and we glad to found it in the end. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for city staycation. It is nearby a lot of shop and NU central mall. Suggestion : Maybe ascott KL sentral can add fun room for kids like the one you have in KLCC Ascott. Thank you

One of the best staycation for families ”
Pros: Has swimming pool (my daughter loves it). Room feels premium and very clean. Location is excellent. Just 5-8 minutes walk to KL Sentral. Friendly staffs. Not very crowded as other "normal" hotels. Cons: The breakfast could be better. If you're lazy like us, better off looking somewhere else nearby to eat. A bit pricey. The bottom lime: Highly recommended.

Nice room with a small kitchen with all the utensils needed. My family love how they can enjoy the bonding time over a cook session. Location is great, shopping mall nearby to get our groceries. Good stay for family with children.

The best suite I've ever been”
We were happy to stay in this nicely decorated and homely apartment suite. First of all, the apartment was very clean and tidy, and it looked exactly the same as shown in pictures. Secondly, the price was reasonable. All amenities were provided. The bathroom was big and all equipped with heater. The bedroom and living room were equipped with air-conditioning and both of the room has TV. The service was very nice, they were so helpful and provided fast response to our needs. Highly recommended! Especially for those that on their honeymoon.

Loved everything about this hotel. Perfect location for endless Indian food, can grab to all malls or grab in food. Very clean. Even washer and dryer in two bedroom- so spacious with two kids. 3 TVs! Stayed 6 nights and loved every moment and would gladly stay again

I’ve been staying at Ascott quite often and it’s my first time giving review. This place feels very homey, it’s very clean, best bed love the kitchen, basically it’s worth my money. Staff is very friendly, very welcoming. The only downside is that you have to pay RM6 parking if you’re driving cos it’s a shared parking with another building. But still love this place.

The room we hot was really nice, clean and comfortable to stay in. Location is also very strategic, KL Sentral train station is just a walking distance away. Imperfection stay @ Ascott Sentral KL”
The check in to the hotel was brief with very friendly front desk staffs who helped us with our queries. As for those drive please be informed the parking is chargeable per entry which need to be validated @ the front desk at flat rate of RM6 per entry. As such it's advisable for those who drive to park vehicles within the the same Ascott property to take public transportation in and around the city, which is easily accessible. When we checked in we discovered the bathroom floor mat is missing, which the house keeping replace on the 2nd day during our 4 days 3 nights stay @ Ascott. The daily breakfast is bare minimal choices of local simple food, of which nothing to shout about at the Meals Restoran operated by 3rd party not related to Ascott Hotel. We stayed in Premier Studio @ 21st floor which is quite spacious with view surrounded by surrounding buildings. We're here to attend course @ Hilton Sentral Kuala Lumpur of which it's definitely a recommended hotel for people who in the city for business or else family who are in town for short family holiday as there's near by Nu Sentral Mall linked up with KL Sentral MRT/LRT central train station linked up with routes of the whole Peninsula of Malaysia as well as the famous Golden Triangle.

Should have more movie channels. There was only AXN when i stayed there. Other than that, it was good. Loved the room (1 bedroom premier). Cozy, huge space, friendly staff but the view of Brickfield was not so nice.

Superb staycation”
Great room, very clean, nice hotel and staff. After check in, staff do follow up with me if there any problem with my room. Even when we have issue on our neighbour room who having “party” with loud laugh n music at 1am, the hotel rep take act immediately, thank you very much for the fast response. Only one just looking forward hotel to have buffet style for breakfast instead of in room breakfast.

Stayovernight for my birthday and the staffs gave me some small surprise. Very thoughtful. Place is very spacious & clean. Check in was very smooth and fast. Only one thing is the breakfast. A little bit of delay and breakfast presentation was a bit off. Served in a biodegradable container. Maybe can opt for non breakfast stay as this is a serviced apartment after all, not hotel. But overall was a great stay. Highly recommended!

Possibly one of the best suite in the heart of KL”
We planned to do a short staycation to celebrate my Mother's birthday. Choosing the double premier room for a night staycation proved to be something worthwhile for us. Enjoyed our stay in Ascott Sentral KL, Rooms were clean, the kitchen has complete utensils, the finishing is state to the art and we really feel like home. The only downside is the parking can be confusing and you need to pay RM 6 everytime you want to go out with your car. For me it is just a minor issue as we dont go out much using the car. Otherwise, the hotel definitely deserves 5 star review and 10/10 score from me! Will definitely come again for sure!

Booked a 1 bedroom premiere room the unit is big including the bathroom. Comes with great kitchen facilities like microwave, electric stove, fridge, freezer etc. It’s not too far from Nu Sentral too at less than 10 mins walk very accessible. We are amazed with this hotel. This is a luxury hotel on a budget. Free breakfast is outstanding! Location is just a few blocks away from from KL SENTRAL. Amazing views in the pool and gym. This is my second time staying at this hotel. The room is very spacious and equipped with full kitchen appliances. Nice bed and comfortable. The water heater tap got problem and hard to turn. Otherwise, all ok except breakfast need to improve , add more variety and freshly served hot .
