Pretty decent hotel. Gets its food delivered from an outside restaurant. Food was pretty good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. TV was very small and reception not great. Close to the jumping off point for Mount Iriga but a bit far from city centre. I will stay here again next time in Iriga.

1 night stay here, closely located to Iriga city 10 minutes drive from centre roughly. Nothing special a basic small hotel. Room fine, clean bathroom with shower. Traditional Filipino breakfast provided with coffee. Staff friendly overall reasonable value for money.

It was just a place we needed to stay for our wedding day coz we had a garden wedding in Iriga city where my wife is from. Just needed a room with aircon n a place to sleep b4 n after our wedding. nice cold aircon, close to in-laws house n venue.

Staffs are all friendly. Not a busy place so it’s a great place to stay with. Accessible to church,mall,restaurant. Just noticed that there are mosquitoes. Hope they could spray first any insecticide. But overall it’s good.

accessible, but need to check the room type”
generally ok.. except i booked for a queen room ( it think that was the most expensive room among the choices) with an extra bed. upon checking in, they gave us the economy room (i think that's a drive inn) telling that the room rates were the same and there's no economy room or standard or queen room. i demanded for a better room that i saw in the net when i booked. the receptionist kept on insisting that there's no such room and the rooms were all the same. i complained that there's no doorknob on the bathroom's door and i just placed a paper to cover it. then she allowed us to transfer to a different room which then was the queen room that i booked, only when i told her that i will reserve for another night on a bigger room.

There’s no towel rack in the bathroom,no place to hang your towel,the water in their water dispenser is not mineral,and they told us it is,they only refill from their faucet which we caught them while refilling,we really get upset because we have a baby with us.No space to park securely your car,only the owner of the hotel who can park securely as per the staff.

I didn't know that hotels charge per person (even w/out asking for extra bed or anything) and that each time a visitor comes you have to pay a fee for each person. I've been to several hotels in Manila and none was like that until I visited this place. I/none of us was informed of the freaking policy, not even upon check in until they saw the 4 of us coming back in. Mind you, this is above all the missing amenities (no hair blower, no elec.air pot, no utensils, very poor Internet connection that only works in the lobby)
