Great Location and very spacious”
great place to stay close to centre of city and walking distance to mall. unit was lovely and spacious would be great if you had younger children, plenty of room to move about. haven't stayed there before but would return to this motel next time visiting palmerston north. would love to return without kids and see what smaller units are like.

Excellent”
The best motel I have stayed at within New Zealand and Australia. The location was central to what we needed in terms of shopping and entertainment. The room itself had two levels with the kitchen, lounge and bathroom down stairs but the most overwhelming part of the room itself was the upstairs. It had a king size bed and at the foot of the bed is a spa pool with a TV above it so you can relax and watch your favourite program. It was amazing a great couples weekend away

Large spa bath unusually located in the main room”
I enjoyed my overnight stay here. My room was large, even with the spa bath in once corner, and I had to take advantage of that. On another wall was a small kitchen area. There is plenty of free parking and the motel is located next to the shopping centre and also within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants and the park.

More Like a 4 Star Hotel!”
We were delighted with this Motel, and were surprised at the quality and cleanliness of the rooms, and the friendly attentive staff, being the owner and his wife. Beautiful spa in room, and plenty of space all round. We would stay here again.

Great relaxing motel”
I came up for three days for a university course. As someone with a back injury I found the spa bath great to help lessen the pain after a day of sitting. The unit was very tidy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Highly recommended and I will definitely stay again if I have to come up for uni. (It's also very easy to get to massey from the motel location).

We had a 2 bedroom suite. Hotel receptionist and staff were nice. Room didn't look as nice as the pictures. Do dinning table in our room but breakfast stools on the kitchen counter. Plumbing made a lot of noise. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Location is excellent in Palmerston North

Centrally situated. Lovely large family units. ”
Concerned that when I asked if it was possible to enter one of our two two bedroom units early for my 85 year old mother in law, I was told because I had booked with Agoda a Singapore based company that our room readiness was at the bottom of the pile...because the motel does not get much of the money charged apparently (despite paying almost $900 for two nights). I did discuss this with the owner/manager and suggested he remove the listing if it was that much of a loss. In saying that the rest of the stay went well and they were pleasant but it certainly tainted my stay.

Good place for an overnight stop”
Reasonably priced place and convenient for an overnight stopover between Wellington and Rotorua. In reality place is more tired than it appears on the photos. Staff is helpful. Location is great. On photo it gives impression that 2brm places are two levels. In reality we had a single level unit but on the second floor of the building - rather uncomfortable to carry luggage upstairs... All in all - nothing to dislike but nothing to like too much either...

I stayed for 1 night for work and I found the staff helpful and friendly, the internet was free and fast and the room was comfortable- bed, bathroom and spa. Breakfast was great and on time. Will stay again

Quiet and relax”
Enjoy the stay here as the location was ideal. It is near to shopping, pub and dinning area. Not too far away from the park and river, about 1.9km away. Will definitely stay here again.
