Very clean, new. Attentive staff, 5 stars buffer breakfast. I stayed almost in all places in Ranong. This is the best and only one what I can recommend.

Great stop over point for Ranong. Hotel clean and airy although out of town abut. But very close (walkable) to some of the better restaurants in town. If here you must visit the hot springs as they are nice. Clean and not too crowded

Good Hotel but a bit over price”
It could be a good hotel for business trip., but not for holiday since it is located in a place not walkable to any tourist attraction, restaurant, or convenient store. The price should be around 800 - 1100 Baht per night, not 1580 baht per night which I paid for. I think that the hotel really need to adjust their price to survive in long term. In general the hotel is quite good and clean. The staffs and services are excellent. Breakfast is moderate, pool is mediocre. Just reduce the price and thing will be Ok. No one expect to pay this rate for this level of facilities and experiences in Ranong.

Hotel or Motel?”
This place, on the north side of Ranong town, looks very fancy from the outside. It is right on the side of the major thoroughfare and intersection leaving the town. Because of this it feels rather like a motel, especially with the parking in front, and the narrow building. Though it looks fancy, upon close inspection, the pool was dirty (algae) and the bathroom area didn't drain properly and shower water accunulated near the toilet. It feels like a cheap and improper build.

This resort has been open for about 6 months and well worth staying here. The staff are all very helpful especially in the restaurant. The room is big and spacious with a comfortable bed and a very quiet A/C unit. The bathroom is large and clean but I was not a lover of the sliding door that was used. For some reason there was some damage in the room on the walls where something had obviously been moved and not repaired. Shame as it took away the shine of the room. Only other niggle was it would have been nice to either have a table lamp next to the bed or a light switch to turn off the lights instead of having to go to the door area where the switches are located. The breakfast is aimed at Thai people but they kindly fried me a couple of eggs to go with the toast. ( I am not a lover of eating rice based food first thing). The resort is very much Thai orientated and perhaps some western touches with menus in English and perhaps a western breakfast would bring them even more business.

Functional hotel for overnight stop.”
Booked this hotel as an overnight stop before travelling to Koh Phayam. Listed as a city centre hotel which is not really accurate as it is a little out of the way ok if you have a car. Hotel is quite new rooms are spacious basic and clean. Because there were few people staying breakfast was set menus although they said when busy they have a buffet style. Price for room was good.

Ban Yamoo is in the city. But away from the community area So stay here Will get peace and rest. Now we have a car for service Both the motorcycle and the shuttle bus are convenient. Next time, don't forget to stay with us again.

Hotel is new and clean, located close to the town center. Hot spring is also nearby. Breakfast is simple and sufficient. During high peak serves buffet. Staff don't speak English and this makes communication difficult at times. Overall a good, quiet and clean place to stay.

No elevator / decent hotel /cash only”
Everything was fine except for the shower hose that wouldn’t stay in a fixed position and hair from previous guests on the floor in the room . Wouldn’t accept credit card for payment as the POS was out of order . Other than that everything was great .
