My best 7 days in Phuket Patong”
Firstly, when you apply for the jacuzzi bedroom, its just a waste of time as i suggest you book a room eith bathtub instead of jacuzzi. As the room only has either bathtub or jacuzzi and not both in a room. I chose jacuzzi and its spoilt and i think most of the rooms is the same. The rooms were quite cold and its very convinient. The only sad thing that you will receive only 1 card per room unlike other hotels that gave you at least 2. But i was really satisfied with my stay and the hotel is really good and it was near to everywhere. Bangla road is like 5 mins walk while patong beach is about 10 mins walk. 15 mins walk to the malay mosque as they will be halal seafood around that area. The hotel provide us with activities with discounts so not to worry. Highly recommended as the room is not that small actually. Wifi were quite okay. You have to log in the wifi example "bangkokresidence" and not "bangkok residence" which is much better connection. So pada pada melayu nak gi Phuket, pergilah Bangkok Residence ~

Our stay in Bangkok Residence”
This is our first trip to Phuket, and our choice of staying in Bangkok Residence is based on reviews I read - and I think the choice is correct. We enjoy our stay - and we also appreciate that the value of money for staying in Bangkok Residence is quite fair. Anyway, due to construction works around the hotel - the pollution and noise is rather uncomfortable, also noisy at night, since the hotel is located in the center of night life entertainment. Seems like the person on duty including the receptionist don't speak English very much - many mis communication happened, e.g. we ask the person in charge for wake up call - and nobody wake us up. Overall review - I might stay again in Bangkok Residence - if we want to enjoy vacation in Patong.

Superbly Convenient Hotel With A Cosy Room”
We had a 3 day 2 night stay at Bangkok Residence. Initially we were a little hesitant of the outer façade of the hotel, furthermore, there was construction of a new hotel right opposite Bangkok Residence. However when we stepped into the reception area of Bangkok Residence we were won over by the beauty of the reception area. We were given our keys within 10 minutes, and once again, our room did not disappoint, although our room squarely faced the construction site that I mentioned earlier. From our hotel, it was less than 5 minutes walk to one of the main drinking area of Patong. A further 5 minutes, and you would reach Patong beach. The shopping area is also well accessible from whether Bangkok Residence is located. All in all, Bangkok Residence has been a very very pleasant stay.

Good hotel, nice rooms and great location”
I had a great stay at the bangkok residence. It's near Bangla Road where all the bars are. Its just 2 minutes walking. There was construction going opposite of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom was very nice with a big bathtub and shower. There is a personal safe in room. I will stay here again when I go back to Patong.

Central location, soacious room”
Bangkok residence at the end of soi sansabai is in 2min walking distance to banzai freshmatket, tiger stadium and 5min walk to bangla. The hotel restaurant is good, small breakfast was included, and further food can be easily obtained from freshmarket or big c in jungceylon shopping center. Good location to nightlife or cinema and bowling in jungceylon. A recommendable hotel with good staff even though facilities are not the newest.

Near bangla street, juncelon shopping Center ”
I had an enjoyable stays at Bangkok Residence. 5 mins to bangla street and juncelon shopping mall,massage salon. Along both side of the street are pubs and restaurants and it opens till almost 5am in the morning.there were noises from the drinkers but not too bad. Room is big and clean, big window.beside the hotel opposite billiard shop there a delicious noodle store .

Power hotel”
I went to phuket with 2 other friends few of my other friends already went there 2 days earlier in total we had 7 rooms all with jacuzzi the room was big and clean. I stayed for 3 nights. It he housekeeping was very good as all my friends usually come to my room to party together all the nights we would really mess up the room. But when we come back in the afternoon it will be superb clean and they would even arrange all your stuff even my clothes were folded nicely and placed at the side of the table. The air con is extremely cold which is a very good thing the reception staff were very friendly they would talk to us every time we enter or leave the hotel and the location is 5 mins away from bangla street and tats wat most of us want.the last day after check out we placed our bag at the lobby for a few hours before our flight . If u wanna party this is a place to stay but pls remember its not quiet but if u don't mind then it's a good place to stay. Of course it's worth the price as well.. I will sure book this hotel again if I am going back to phuket.. All my 7 rooms had no problem. If was a perfect holiday!!!

Return trip to BR”
This is a return trip for me and I'm glad I chose the Bangkok residence once again. The people working there were easy to wrk with and I especially enjoyed the travel agent at the entry to the hotel. She was really helpful and got me out of a jam when I missed an event I paid for but had to rearrange. Very good location with easy access to the shopping areas and night life.

Good Place to stay and feel comfortable.”
I was just walking down the street searching for hotel then i came across to this hotel BangKok residence. As I entered there was a pleasent n sweet smile from Receponista and was welcomed with a drink and the way she received me and she was very helpfull through out the trip guiding me. The food at the resturant was very good and I can say that i felt like justice is done to wat i spend. This hotel is very near(2 min walk) to Bnagla Road the most happening place, there was a Family mart where i can get everything i needed. I can get Free Wifi in this hotel.Its good place for singles nad couples and families as well. Things are well kept at this hotel it was clean and i felt safe.

Great location”
As mention in the previous review by other customers, it was really noisy at night! I realised that the loud music was actually from the pub from Bangkok Residence at ground level! My room is facing the back lane and the music is still too loud for me. Just imagine if you are staying at the room facing the street!I am a light sleeper and the loud music really affect my sleep.

Great Location ”
I stayed two days in Bangkok Residence during Chritmas 2012. My another half and I had a really great vacation in Phuket. The location of the hotel is perfect for shopping, beaches, and clubs/bars. It's only took five minutes walks to the biggest mall and the busiest nightlife in Phuket.

Good price, fantastic service. Unreliable internet”
I opted for early check in, when i arrived at the hotel at about 11am. I was prompted greeted by the hotel security asking if i was staying here, he then grabbed my luggage from the taxi and proceeded to guide me to reception for processing. That was a great start of my holiday, to be greeted warmly. They told me to wait at the lounge for about 15mins and then i was asked to follow them to my room, it was a Jacuzzi Deluxe on the third floor facing the road. When my jacuzzi was not operating properly they promptly sent a technician whom spent a good 15mins tinkering it and ensuring it was back to operating properly which i commend greatly for the service. I was there for the night life and there is abit of noise from the opposite hotels and bars but it was not as distracting as i read in some reviews. Very near Bangla road and there is a great deal of motorbike taxis in the area. The wifi was very unstable in my room and when i asked about it they said it was due to high numbers of people accessing the wifi, I had to go to the first floor lunge area for stable wifi a number of times. Room service was good although i never ordered any, the making up of the room each morning is fantastic and it felt like i had just arrived again. Arranging a taxi from the hotel to the airport costs 800baht FYI. Great for night life, or beaches, i greatly discourage people from using the laundry service provided by the hotel as they charge per piece, which is more expensive then the outside shops which charge per KG. When my clothes were return to my they attracted ants and the whole stack was covered in tiny ants, i suspect it was something to do with the sweet detergent they used. I would stay here again in future.

I've tried the bangkok hotel before and it has the same pros and cons, but I hear the noise makers across the street will be leaving soon. That will be a improvement beyond belief. the location is great and will only improve with the over all growth of this area. The price is reasonable and food is pretty darn good. relaxing vacation”
It was a pleasant surprise to stay in this hotel. The location is very good, that is , near the biggest mall in phuket. Also, 5 minutes walk to Bangla road. The hotel facilities are complete including a swimming pool and a restaurant. The rooms are cleaned everyday and most of all, the price is reasonable.

Very good location and service”
Overall I am happy to have my stay in Bangkok residence. The hotel front desk customer service is very helpful and friendly. However, I realised only a lady can speak English, luckily she worked on day shift. She helped me a lot, such as recommending me good taxi drivers. And she was right, they are good. The location of hotel is very good. Right at the center of Patong. If you like Patong night life such as disco, pub, seafood and shopping this is a good hotel for you. You don't have to travel far at night and you can pretty much at the center of north and south beaches. The bars beside the hotel are restless. They keep the street busy all night, if you can't stand any noisy you better off this hotel. However, this is fine by me because I am way too tired to stay awake.

This hotel more than my expectation, friendly staff and she able to speak English, good room facilities , cleanliness, the location near to everywhere, shopping area and also going beach walk only 5 minutes. Ideal location with friendly staff”
My gf and I stayed in this hotel for 4D3N. During the stay, we love the hotel very much. I had informed the hotel to prepare a bouquet of Lily as my gf's birthday is around the corner, not only the flowers are beautiful, the hotel even gave us a small birthday cake which touches our heart. The hotel is walking distance to Bangla Street,Patong Beach and Jungceylon shopping mall. Cons, 1)The window is very small and whenever the wind blows, the window is shacky thus creates lots of noise at night. 2)The bathtube is good but the shower water pressure is not good.

Hotel is a short walk to Jungceylon and Bangla Road. Room was clean. Jacuzzi had brown water though and was tricky to turn on. Breakfast buffet on the weekend was nice. On weekdays they just give you a lot of food which is still good. Motorbike parking is limited and you can park in the small area in front of the hotel or across the road in front of another restaurant. I would stay here again if I made a trip to Patong.

Great acomodation and location”
This hotel is a very nice choise, if You want to stay close to Bangla road, but dont want the noise from the nightlife. The rooms are clean, and the staff was very friendly, the restaurant offers pretty much what You like, just ask for it, the brekfast buffet was not very big, but again ask for what You like and the kitchen will make it for You. I have been in Phuket some times now, and I will stay here again next time, I recommend it highly
