Super friendly staff and in the quite alley located hotel.”
Staff was super friendly and gave us an earlier check in as they saw we were super tired from our long flight. Our room in the first floor was a bit disappointing in terms of size also window faced another wall. Interiour was nice though. AC faces bed directly. Location is good it is in a nice alley which takes a bit of the city hassle out. Tours, airport pick up a bit too expensive we booked those separately. Breakfast was ok. They made us an banh mi once for the road because we were in a hurry that was really nice.

The hotel is small but has a very good location near the Central Benh Tanh Market.Many landmarks in Saigon are accessible by foot. The hotel staff is very kind and willing to please the customer. Our room was a suite that was large an d very well furnished. The breakfast buffet (included in the rate) offer a reasonable choice , but express order are available with no extra payment. The hotel has no fitness and other amenities..

While the room was very very tiny, what we loved about the place was its location. It is walking distance to most sightseeing places. The facilities within the hotel were limited though. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They arranged for a tour to cu chi tunnels which was great as well.

BAD SERVICE”
I was very unsatisfied with your services during the time I stayed at your hotel. I came in your hotel at 10:00 PM last Saturday, there are some problems I'm going to write down, hope you can have time to read this! Firstly, I have to pay for my parking, 30,000 VND- it was just a trivial amount of money, but it made us feel so annoyed. Besides, the description on Agoda isn't right, you posted a beautiful room for the room we chose then let us stay in another room. You should check the room on Agoda, then do see the room you served me! Secondly, we had to take a shower with cold water because your hotel has no hot water system. How bad! The receptionist only told me to sympathize to their hotel, cuz there is no solution, nothing could be solved. That's too bad! It was midnight and no hot water to take a shower! You guys charged my full amount of money and served me with bad service, was it right? Finally, you guys served us the moldy sandwich, I attached the photo below If you think I made up this story! To sum up, this was the worst experience I had ever seen! I'm not gonna come back here anymore. Furthermore, It's sad to say but I'm gonna rate your hotel 1 star on Agoda! Goodbye! Julia. Beautiful boutique hotel in downtown Hcm city ”
This little boutique hotel is in very quiet alley, right in the Center, within walking distance you can go to anywhere you want to visit like Ben Thanh Market, Backpack area. Nearby have coffee, local restaurants 24/7 shop and bar. Upon arriving, a receptionist brings you a welcome drink that is passion juice very fresh. The hotel is very beautiful and nice decoration. Room is advertised, cozy, very clean and comfortable, every things you need are there. The staff is so friendly and helpful essentially hotel manager Olivia, she gives all information you need and help to make your trip perfectly. Breakfast is fantastic with vietnamese foods I really like Banh Mi sandwich, Pho noodle beef or chicken, or you can have Western choice. Thank you for making my trip perfect.

Nice Boutique Hotel”
The first time, I saw this hotel that smaller than I expected, but It is very nice inside. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The room is not big too much, but looks unique, and it has excellent safety key. I love there eating room, Foods are vert tasty. Especially, Pho; It similar with noodle. The hotel is in the center of Ho Chi Minh, It does not far from Ben Than Market about 20 mins For walking.

Ben Thanh Boutique - good value”
We stayed at the Ben Thanh Boutique hotel for one night in the city. It was very central being in district 1, near the market. It's close but far enough away from the chaos of the backpacker area to not feel surrounded by tourists. There's 3 good coffee shops on the alley, one of which is a roasters. The hotel itself was fairly basic but clean and safe with a nice bathroom (sometimes hard to find). The staff were really friendly and helpful with our requests. Overall, good value indeed.

This hotel was an excellent choice. It's in a perfect location (close to Ben Thanh market, backpacker district, lots of great restaurants). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is among the best we've ever had in a hotel, the food really was amazing. The room was very nice with strong wifi. This hotel is a great value, quiet and has excellent amenities. We highly recommend it

The hotel is in a good location in the Ben thanh district and the room is very clean. However there were two key problems. When you book via agoda it seems like you are booking the 20m2 room (boutique queen city view) but when the booking comes through it is supposedly for the smaller 15m2 room (boutique queen window room) . We raised this with agoda who said they couldn't find our booking (!) and then the hotel. The hotel offered us an "upgrade" to the 20m2 room at an extra $5 per night. Given that I had already booked the bigger room at the lower price I stuck to my guns and refused to pay extra and eventually was promised the bigger room. Either this is a mistake between the hotel and agoda or a bit of a cheat. Anyway when we got to the room it was absolutely tiny. We have been travelling in SE Asia for 4 months and have never experienced a room so small. It was so small they even had to put the wardrobe inside the bathroom...yes really. Further the bathroom was so small you had to climb over the toilet to get to the shower/bath and my husband could not bend down to sit on the toilet without hitting his head on the wall! We are not huge people but this was just ridiculous. If we were indeed given the 20m2 room, I would hate to see what the 15m2 room looks like... As for the city view, well this is 3/4 wall of the next building so don't expect anything special. The hotel was clean and well located but the only way I would recommend staying here is if you are willing to pay a lot extra for a bigger room. In that case you might find better elsewhere.

Lovely decor and excellent staff”
Loved this little gem hidden in the back streets of Ho Chi Minh City. The decor was fabulous and the room was nice and clean. What it lacks in facilities is made up for by the very helpful staff who gave excellent recommendations to us. Would definitely stay again if it's just adults.

Book a suite room Room is big, clean & bed is extremely comfy. Toilet with bathtub & water heater is great. Hair dryer & slippers provided. Breakfast area is small & lack variety with Pho & egg station but no fried rice or noodle.. Walking distance to Pham Ngu Lao & Ben Thanh Market.. Few cafes around hotel & many pubs in Pham Ngu Lao

Great boutique in the heart of everything”
What a great little boutique hotel! Stayed here with two grown children and had a room with kind bed and full bed. Very spacious room. Decor was nice and vibe was good. Excellent AC. Wifi worked fine. Every staff member super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just so-so and the eating area is very small. But that's just nit picking. Very happy with my stay.

pros: location is just amazing, its super super central and the best part its still quite and the alley has a LOT of cute cafes, restaurants ( not all are delicious, Dont eat western dishes, not worth it because its not good and expensive, the salad bar across the hotel is bad!) ... - amazing style, tiny room ( if u dont book the suite art of rooms) clean n lovely staff - sooo central ( please try the vu phuong PHO, just 1 mins from the hotel!! clean n absolutly best pho!) cons: breakfast very very small, not really good but i would totally recommend to anyone who cares about cleaneness, style, new hotel, AND AMAZING SURROUDINGS,being central yet have quite time...

It's convenient area to behn than market. You can take grab taxi to anywhere you want to visit. Nearby the area have two 24 hours local coffee cafe. Beside there is a rock dive bar and they have live rock music.It was great relaxing change compared the the larger hotels as you'd expect from a boutique property.

Helpful staff and near from Ben Thanh Market”
Beautiful design. Nice location and only 3 minutes walk to Ben Thanh Market. The receptionist speaks really good English and very friendly. She gave me a city map with nice location and gave me a brief explanation. Too bad I had to catch a morning flight and had to leave at 6 and found out later that breakfast at the hotel starts at 7 :( The staff said she'd pack me a sandwich as a breakfast replacement but no sandwich in the morning when I checked out. Probably some missed communication within the staff, but it was okay since another staff called a taxi to pick us up to the airport so we didn't have to walk to get a taxi. Anyway, great place to stay if you want to spend some more times around Ben Thanh Market.

A truly Boutique Hotel”
Design was nice and comfortable. Rooms are big, comfort and clean. Location quiet and near Ben Thanh Market. Breakfast were like home cooked food. All were good except that we were given a room with a spoilt toliet door in which the staffs knows it and did not fixed it despite we asked to do so.
