The location is a little out of the way but other than that this hotel was fantastic.”
Staff were prompt and responsive, and cleanliness was excellent. Our room had a few issues with the lights which staff attended to promptly but the problem persisted. We didn’t request it to be attended to further but it’s something to improve on in regular inspections. One thing that really stood out was the staff. I’ve stayed at many hotels throughout Sri Lanka but something about the staff here was above and beyond. Best Western in other locations is often low rated and budget, but this hotel is easily 4+ stars and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely be back!

The staff were excellent and very helpful! Willingness of the rooftop bar chef to make me a "deviled beef" even when not on the menu was highly appreciated. Ask for one (less spicy) and you will enjoy it. The best I have had in the city!!!

Location is a good and bad, depending on what you are in Colombo for. As a family, we found it helpful because we could be outside the pollution and crazy traffic congestion of Colombo, yet commute to central Colombo for shopping is quite easily on the main road that the hotel is situated on. But if you are there for business, then its location on the Southern outskirts of Colombo make it difficult to go to meetings on time especially during peak office hours. Not recommended for business travelers. The rooms were comfortable, and the bed was good, but would have preferred carpeted rooms for a 4 star hotel. Took connected rooms and the family enjoyed the stay at the hotel. No swimming pool so the kids were a bit disappointed (although I knew before hand!). The restaurant food was good. The roof top bar/restaurant with a pretty nice view was probably the best feature of the hotel. Would stay there again if offered a bargain price. Otherwise, there are better places to stay in Colombo.

Overall a decent stay. Found the price a little too much for the small rooms they offer. The rooms are really small. Good for business travelling. They have a lovely roof top bar and its a convenient location.

No complaint about the hotel in terms of room and foods. But the opening of the door to the toilet may be somewhat of a problem if you are plus sized due to the mechanism of the opening.

Booked a superior twin room, they first wanted to give me a twin room with a partition for a double bed. When I refused gave me a substandard twin room. Room service was poor. Constantly had to prompt for two towels, water, face towels. Once they left a bath towel that was ripped. Will NOT stay there again.

kind people and new building, but the hotel need some more convenient facilities to feel better, i booked this hotel of premier twin room type.. the floor tiles looks good, rest room is small a little bit. With kids, it will be okay if you stay in the night only, plz check the room size. biz trip also okay. the photos are a little tricky.. :)
