Due to a slight mix up with our booking we were instantly upgrade to a superior room. The staff were so very helpful and welcoming, such a pleasure after a long flight and the usual protracted immigration procedure. Our room was absolutely superb with loads of space and facilities. the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and tidy with all the extras you would expect. There was a free breakfast provided with a good range of options including a cooked breakfast. There is a free airport shuttle provided which ran very regularly. All in all first class and highly recommended

This hotel was by far one of the best I've stayed in the past couple of years. The staff was courteous and friendly, which was pleasantly refreshing considering some of the hotels that I've stayed at in the past, the staff wasn't as friendly and had really bad dispositions and attitudes. Room was clean the property was clean and pleasing to the eye. They even had breakfast in a bag, which they offered me at 3 in the morning when I checked in, which is very considerate. I would definitely stay here again

Most recommended place for single traveler. It's safe, quiet, convenient, they provide free shuttle to SFO and free but good breakfast. You can also find many restaurants nearby. I will still choose it for the next trip to SF

Nice hotel but…..”
Nice place to stay, staff was nice. BUT there was no microwave in the room (how am I supposed to reheat my left over pizza?) and the breakfast was kinda .. sad. A little egg quiche, an apple, a small muffin and a water, oh and an optional cup with oatmeal. Was expecting a bit more for such a nice hotel, but what can you do 🤷🏽♀️ Otherwise it was a nice stay, and the bed was bounce approved by my toddler.

Good overall place to stay”
Very nice room! Clean ++ The fitness room was not open, neither was the terrace cafe. We stayed for 3 nights but had no housekeeping due to Covid. But we could ask for more supplies ie fresh towels etc. It’s a bit far from town but a good distance to the BART. Good places to eat around too. The only gripe was the very flaky WiFi!

Good Value, Great Room”
Although difficult to find late at night (via Waze), the check in staff were friendly and helpful. Doors are exterior, and so is the elevator, but the flip side is that I didn't have to drag my luggage up stairs, and could easily step outside my room for fresh air. The best treat was the awesome room! It was very clean, cute and had all the conveniences of any high dollar hotel, including iron, hair dryer, and wonderful soaps and shampoo/conditioner. It was also spacious, and extremely comfortable. It was the only hotel on this California trip that I didn't have a backache when I woke up. 2 Thumbs Up!

Rooms were clean. Comfortable. Just a bit spread out, far from entrance, so if you're waking with big luggage, a bit difficult. Not enough covered areas for when it rains. Suggest for them to add additional handles/bars. In the tub for safety reason. Getting out is a bit of a hurdle as wall tiles gets slippery. Breakfast is acceptable. Staff also provides a take away bag for early travelers. Proximity to airport is avceptable. Grocery. Dog store. Fast food waking distance.

I would ask for a 200 room facing away from the tracks. Other than that, the staff were very careful about COVID, check in was fast, people were very friendly and breakfast and free parking a huge plus. Only the darn BART and other trains going by took away from it.
