The hotel is very chic, breakfast is yum. The staff is very helpful. Location is excellent. 15 minute walk to center of the city. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. (The pharmacy that does Covid testing is only three blocks away.)

Good: Nice, business friendly hotel - in terms near major shopping district. 7min walk to Metro which is 3 stops from Duomo Overall clean and comfortable Staff at front desk were helpful and made the difference for me. Bad: Not even a bottle of water No expresso machine If you don't mind small rooms...otherwise... Could hear next door rooms, shower, etc. I didn't add breakfast to my booking so no opinion.

Great place! Loved the rooms! Bathrooms could be renovated to become more modern but the rest all seemed lovely! especially the free cookies out in the lobby are the best thing ever!! I can travel to Milan again just to have those at Felice Casati!

The hotel is an excellent 4-star hotel with more than 4-star quality that I had spent 2 nights there. The price is very reasonable, location is just 10 minute from the main metro station, with the free but excellent breakfast. Also, I had left some of my belongings in this hotel, the colleague there was very promptly to help deliver my belongings to another Best Western Hotel in Rome just within 2 days. I highly suggest this hotel to people who would like to go Milan

Had a great deal from Agoda for 2 nights stay here, somehow its quite a bit cheaper than the other booking sites. Had the economy double room with the french beds. Bed is smaller than the normal queen but still very much enough, very good for lovey dovey couples. Check in was smooth, allowed me to check in early. All receptionists speak very good English and they are all very friendly and helpful. Wifi is free and acceptable, but reception can be weak depending on where you are. Rooms are very small, but clean and very comfy! Air conditioning works well albeit a little noisy. Bathroom is also rather small but everything works well. Hate the small European showers! Dont expect a view. Location is about 7 mins walk away from M1 Metro, and about 10 mins walk to Centrale Stazione/M2/M3 lines, and also another 10 mins from the older S1 lines. Basically its within walking distance to almost all train lines, but not extremely close to any particular one. A tram stop is very close by tho but its not easy figuring out the tram system in Milano. Best thing about this hotel is their great breakfast with lots of cold cut meat, cheese, pastries with many varieties. Certainly the best value hotel but only because of the good deal from Agoda.

Kicked out to another hotel ”
When we did check-in around 22 o'clock, the hotel staff asked us to move to another hotel located close to this hotel and also 4 stars. He said this was because of a problem of the hotel floor, but we were sure it was because of over-booking. Thus we had to stay at Best Western Cristoforo Colombo. It was located 3 minutes walk from Felice Casati and it was comfortable room and great breakfast. But breakfast time at Cristoforo Colombo starts from 7:30, and the time at Felice Casati starts from 7:00. We were planning to have breakfast at 7:00, so we had breakfast very quickly even it was very nice, and rushed to the centrale station. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy staying at Felice Casati.

Best Hotel I stayed in Italy”
This is the best hotel I stayed in Italy after travelling to many cities. It is located about 15min walk from city center and 3 blocks to good area for shopping. Although no parking lot, the area is not so busy and it is possible to park at the streets using parking meters. Very good breakfast with wide range of options. Staff id very supportive and provide all necessary information you need to visit Milan. I highly recommend this hotel.

Best Hotel I stayed in Italy”
This is the best hotel (value for money) I found in Italy after travelled to Padova, Venice, Florence, etc. Hotel is not in the city center but it is possible to go walking there (15min). Hotel decoration is nice, rooms are small but clean and offer good comfort. Very good breakfast with enough varieties. Staff is very good and provide all necessary information for shopping and tourist attractions. There is no parking lot but no difficult to park on the streets using parking meters. There are some restaurants around therefore you do not need to go to city center for good dining. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Overall a great place to stay”
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, everything was good about it from the general ambience of the property, to the friendly and helpful staff members, as well as the really good selection of breakfast items available and an excellent coffee machine. The room, whilst small (we knew this) was clean and had everything the traveller needs. Bathroom was very clean as well. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again. The meter taxi fare from Linate Airport to the hotel was only 8 Euro. Beware: The companies at the airport offer you a flat rate of 45 Euro for the trip from airport to Milan.
