The stay was amazing we stayed for 15days. Despite the language barrier with the staff, they were so friendly and I would stay here again. It's so close to Tai Mall and the convinence stores.

Expectations versus Reality ”
The place are good and clean. I just don't like the Breakfast and how they serve it. I was expecting buffet breakfast so we can choose our food like what I saw in the photos shown. But it turn out , I just have congee with 3 pcs (seed)?Corn and 10nt Milk tea.. And then, we are still sleeping when we heard Very loud (Bang) of our door downstairs. that's not so good way of serving Meal in.the morning. I won't recommend Beverly Commercial Motel itself. The price has hidden charges when u booked, at 1st they have there promo when click that it's show cheap price but when.you book it the.price will.change (HIGHER THAN EXPECTING AS IN HIGHER ) .. which you can't cancel.. that was so disappointing for me.

Love hotel! If you don't need love hotel so find another!”
I really surprised with this hotel because I didn't know that was "love hotel" till I found cond*m and porn movie available on my TV.. The room huge, has sauna inside the bathroom, and huge bathtub, also we massage chair in the room. The staff can't speak english, I had problem with door, so first time when I opened with the key it work, but after that it doesn't work anymore, looks like wrong key I tried many times and failed, I went to the lobby and they told me now is ok, I tried again with the same key and yes it work (confused me what happened actually with the door? Anybody in my room while I am away and look the door from inside so I can't use my key? Or what? ) stressed me a lot actually because that was happened 2 times and made me to go and back to the lobby for 4 times. The foods? 😥 seriously what is that?

Dirty, musty, no thermostat control”
Sign said no smoking, but the room smelled of cigarette smoke and there were ashes (and a dead cockroach) in a drawer. The AC wasn't nearly cold enough for a warm humid night, and there was no way to control the thermostat. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Rude staff”
We checked in 6/23 ..we arrived around 15:00 pm ..the two lady staff in frontdesk was unbelievably rude. I had clearly informed them that we already paid in full via visa card in Agoda and we show the email of agoda and their hotel or proof of transaction after that the two extremely rude lady did not believed even we a proof and start a heated discussion and want me to pay in a cash so to stop the heated discussion we pay the cash that she want and thankful that another staff join the discussion and check our proof of payment and cleared that we are already paid via visa card so the two rude lady give back our money with a sullen face.. and second day we checked out 6/24 and we are 10 minutes late when we check out in the room so we go 2 minutes walking to the same rude lady in front desk to return the key and she ask we need to pay 100 to excess time in a extremely rude way in super loudly voice and angry face..we are willing to pay but i hope they tell us in a nice way or give us .

This would probably be ok but you'd probably be a smoker as well. Tacky. How I got booked here when I was looking for a hotel near the airport I have no idea. Had to leave before I got sick if the ashtray smell.
