Just a place to sleep”
Stayed here because we needed to be early at the port and didn't want to risk traffic and the hassles of driving in the middle of the night. Location was pretty hard to find because it's away from the main road and you have to drive through a narrow alley to get there. Shower amenity was a fail as the water shooted from the knob instead! LOL If you're just looking for a bed to sleep in and nothing else, then this will work.

Fair hotel for the city of Batangas”
Hotel was basic, staff were friendly but the area it is in has let it down. We ordered an omelette for breakfast which came cold with a single piece of dry bread and coffee in the form of 2 cups of hot water and coffee sachet so we declined and had to walk through vehical polluted streets to find food an unfortunate experience, the city of Batangas has very busy roads. I would like to recommend Bichotels but I cannot

Hotel let down by its surroundings and facilities, we ordered a breakfast of 2 omlets which came stone cold wrapped in cling film, disgusting. The staff were friendly especially the sercurity guard we could not however accept the dirty surroundings but for 1 nights stay ok

A wonderful comfortable and welcoming hotel in Batangas. Stayed for a day before flying home. The hotel is wonderful. The staff is very friendly. In all trying to help. Good location regarding everything that might be necessary. City Mall is 15 minutes away on a tricycle, the city market is the same. Walking a little longer, but it is very interesting to walk to view the town. If traveling by car, then there are rooms with a garage. comfortable mattresses, good water pressure, air conditioning, breakfast. For a short stay - perfect! Thanks for the hospitality)

A great hotel starts with great staff”
Staff is honest and helpful. A Huawei P20 Pro was forgotten there, and the staff was honest to give it back. They also tried to answer all my questions about restaurants nearby, beaches, transportation... The place is a bit far from the main things in Batangas, the room's floor was a bit dusty, the sheet had a hole in it, and the blanket/sheet was not great (too much static electricity). Everything else was good though: the bathroom was clean and nice, the room is spacious, the TV had enough channels, the aircon worked well. Great value for money if you are staying in Batangas!

Nice place to stay for travellers”
Bicotels Hotel is a good find for us who were travelling on business. It's location is near main roads but it's far enough from all the noise and flurry. Rooms are ample in size and there is a full table to eat or work on. Price is very practical, especially with breakfast included. Bathrooms are clean, though I wish they would replace the toilet seat. My toilet didn't have one, so I can only conclude that the original seat got broken a long time ago. Toilet seats are a must. Apart from this, everything was good. The bed, pillows and beddings were nice and comfortable. Room is clean and well kept. Staff are courteous and efficient. Ample parking space for guests. Round the clock security.

Nice place to stay in Batangas”
A very newly built hotel. Very comfortable stay. Location is a bit out of the centre...but within easy tricycle/jeepney access. Breakfast is delivered to the room...no restaurant in-house. Breakfast was HOT on both days of the stay...full marks for this..!! So often in the Philippines I get a nearly cold breakfast. Note...A significant cost saving for booking the room online with Agoda than dealing directly with hotel reception. Why ???

Overall experience was actually very good. Just so happen that most of the time me and husband often want to order in to the hotel itself than to go out 'coz of me always the tired type of person. We actually wanted to order their breakfast meals (which we knew base on experience are always available all the time) but for some reasons they do have a cut off time of ordering food. If in any case it might just be the break fast menu that has aa cut off or the whole menu itself i was not certain. Since we were trynna get dinner at around 9pm i think. But we do love the place since its cozy and very home like. 😍😍

Stayed here for 2 night. We were a party of 3, so we had to request for an extra bed. The hotel looks new & provided us with just the most basic amenities like towel, soap, and toothbrush. Their breakfast was good. This hotel is good for people on a budget, plus it is also kinda easy to locate since it is within the city center only.

The hotel is very nice and actually clean. But we just have to request to change the bed sheets and pillow covers since my wife found some hairs on the bed when we arrived. Other than that, the hotel is comfy and clean.

New hotel, new woes”
The hotel is probably very new, hence the problems. While it’s clean outside, we encountered pest problems, blocked drainages and weak water stream at our room. I love that it’s quiet and most of the staff (except for one who worked on Christmas night at the concierge) was friendly. Breakfast was ok. The mattresses were comfortable. It was about 2 km from SM City and the Holy Trinity Church, and a few kms away from beaches, which was convenient for us. We could not access the internet at all. In any case, we got the room for a good price. If we hear of improvements, we’d consider coming back.

Access road to the hotel is very narrow for vehicles. The hotel itself has ample parking space. Staff was corteous. Bed was comfy. They provide options for breakfast, which was delivered to the room on time. For the price, it's a good value.

Clean and comfortable ”
Clean new hotel and attentive staff. The only issue I had was loud motorcycles arriving/leaving at 2.00am, plus the room needs bedside lights rather than just ceiling lights. Good value.

Hard to find location”
It was hard to find this hotel, notwithstanding we used 2 navigation systems. The room is a bit on the small side for this type of motel accommodation. It suited our needs as it has enough parking space for our car. As said, this place is only suitable if you have a car.

Pros: Clean. Spacious room. Good bathroom with hot water. Good aircon. Security. Fast wifi. Cons: No slippers. No grace checkout time. They will charge you even for few minutes delay in checkout.

Overall, the stay was nice and comfortable. The room was satisfactory and there was heater in the bathroom. However, food service can be improved-especially the punctuality of delivery. There were cockroaches lying about too, so cleanliness can be improved also.
