15 minutes walk from Sukhothai Bus Terminal (carrying a very slow pace luggage). Located in the alley of the morning vegetable market~good location. The accommodation is clean, good air conditioning, good hot water, and the owner is friendly. Near 7-Eleven, restaurants, and 15 minutes walk to the night market. Old Town is 12km away, and a tuk-tuk costs 150-200 baht. There are more dogs in Old Town at night. New Town has fewer dogs. The dogs will bark and chase away if they come near the stores that are open until 7-8 pm. As you go north of Bangkok, there are more dogs. Extended stay was good.

Come stay if you're in Sukhothai”
Clean and quiet room, no disturbance to privacy. Good service and enjoyable conversation. The level of safety for driving in is acceptable. Also, the price is reasonable and close to shopping areas for souvenirs and markets. There is also a 7-Eleven nearby, as well as various cafes. Very convenient. I confirm.

warning: street dogs, do NOT walk from bus station to hotel”
As such, the hotel is 10 minutes walk from bus station. But you should NOT walk. There are street dogs and house dogs that run to the street after you. Second: the first side street is a mud street. So, if it is raining, you shoes will be full with water and mud. There are tuk-tuk at bus station. Possibly, they will charge you 100 or 200 Baht (3-6 USD/EUR), which is too much. But you should take a tuk-tuk.

Acceptable”
We were not happy with our stay. First they asked us to take our shoes off which I think is a bit rude and it's definitely not a standard in hotels here. The aircon was loud and the bed sheets were very slick and electrifying. Also it's hard to sleep because you hear your neighbours very well. I would say that the breakfast was nice but I got my tea in a cup with lipstick stain so I assume they dont wash dishes properly.

The most excellent choice in Sukhothai ”
We stayed at Blue House for 2 nights in the beggining of February 2015. The staff is very polite, friendly and speak English well. They are willing to provide with any kind of information. The rooms are very beautiful, spacious, comfortable and soooo clean. I think this room is one of the cleanest rooms i have ever stayed in. The location is marvellous, near the market and the bus stop to Sukhothai Historical Park (which was the only reason we visited this -in other words- indifferent city of central Thailand) and a 20min walk from Sukhothai central bus station. Every day we had been provided with a bottle of water for free. Breakfast was not included in our booking, so we had to pay for it. We had breakfast 2 times and i dare say that this is the only minus of this hotel. The prices are a bit high and the portions are small, but the espresso is real and long. I think Blue House Sukhothai is the most excellent choice, in New Sukhothai, for travellers of every kind. I should definately stay there again.

Great hotel - couldn’t recommend it more highly”
From the moment we arrived to the time we left, our stay at the Blue House was exceptional. Our room was very comfortable, modern, large, clean and well appointed (with a 4 poster bed). Bathroom was great, aircon and fridge worked well. The reception staff were freindly and they kindly arranged all our travel to go from Sukhothai up to Chiang Mai - they even bought our bus tickets for us and arranged a tuktuk to the bus station. The lady on reception even waved goodbye as we left in the tuktuk! Seriously couldn’t recommend this hotel more. You won’t regret staying here. Great value for money and the staff and facilities are all top notch.

A great stay with friendly staff”
Blue House seems to be a recently opened hotel, and they are doing great work. The Thai at the front desk is friendly and helpful with good suggestions for seeing Sukhothai. The hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable, the showers are hot. All of this at a very affordable price. Keep it up Blue House!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Blue House and would definitely recommend the place. The hotel is quite new and spotless. In the heart of new Sukhothai, near good restaurants (look for Pai), although on a small and quiet lane. The staff is extremely polite and ahead of their clients’ needs. Very good value for the price.

Unbeatable value”
We stayed at this guesthouse (which was more like a hotel) for 2 nights. Seeing as it was one of the cheaper accomodations of our trip we just expected a bed and a clean room. It exceeded our expectations however. It was a good location right next to the bus stop to sukhothai and some of the best restaurants and (only?) bars in town. Seeing as it is down an alley you don't have any noise pollution from the street though. Reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a big and comfortable bed. And they had an information folder in every room which was a great help. It had everything from some historical tidbits about the city to going rates for transport and how to's to get to the airport. I would absolutely recommend this guesthouse to anyone staying in new suksukhothai!

Loved it all! ...except the slow wifi”
We absolutely loved the Blue House, great value for money. The rooms are lovely and clean, the bathroom is great and the staff is friendly. They helped us get a bus ticket to Chiang Mai so we had no trouble with it ourselves. Location is in the new city, so it´s best to rent a motorbike to old city (which you can do right at the hotel but if they´re out, go to 4T Guest House a little up the road). It´s close to the main road with street food, restaurants and so on. Overall, nothing to criticize, except the wifi which was really really slow.

Found this Bluehouse great value for money and the old wooden buses leave opposite the Guesthouse at New Sukhothai on main road 15 klms to the Sukhothai Historial Park every 15 minutes for 30 thb and one can hire Bicycles for 30 thb opposite the Old City bus stop for long rides around the old temples and a bicycle road mapped for easy 20 klm rides and also New Sukhothai local markets at end of lane to Bluehouse every morning for fresh fruit & vegetables and other goodies with main bus terminal 3 klms to the north for onward travel buses to all other towns..
