The location was good not so bad, you could easily travel by local bus to the resort but you have to walk a little bit to the resort from the last bus stop. The room was old and there's a bad smell for all the rooms we booked and the wifi signal wasn't that good but the pool, the view, the sea was good.

Awesome hidden 4 star gem”
It’s quite a bit away from the main Mui Ne so our limo-van dropped us off at a hotel and we had to grab a taxi the rest of the way there. We got a ocean view bungalow and it was great. Right by the pool and right by the bar. The food was awesome (try their blue bay crab spring rolls) and the bartenders are very courteous even though they don’t always have a full stock of liquor available (for example they would replace the gin in a Long Island with double vodka). The resort was very quiet and remote, and we enjoyed our time because we saw maybe 20 other people the entirety of our stay. It’s a big resort with 2 pools and many buildings but I loved the relaxed atmosphere. I’ll be coming back soon!

excellent food and staff performance”
The food was authentic and great, the staffs performance was outstanding and the hotel was clean and in order. The hotel is situated between the white sand dunes and red sand dunes probably 30mins away from the hotel on both sides. Though the hotel is far from the main busy streets, we still enjoyed our stay here. Try not to book the public sleeping bus as it stops at all the hotels at the nearby streets going to MuiNe, it's a pain spending an hour on stop and go from the hotels. Overall we love our stay and we would definitely come back!

My family had been stayed here 3 days and 2 nights in the resort, it's quiet place and far from center of Mui Ne. However we can enjoy sea food at the restaurant near the resort. The swimming pool & beach are nice and clean, nice view, large, nice staff. I like this resort. I will come in the next time

- Beautiful resort, i like this place because they have many many porcelain flower. - Location is far from Mui ne's center so quietly, suitable for our group. - There is a small seafood restaurant on the beach beside resort. We can eat crab, squid, fish,...with cheap price. - However, the beach is not clean, have not chairbed on the beach

Disappointing”
Our weekend getaway was pretty disappointing thanks to Bluebay Muine resort. 1. Location: too far away from Muine and Phan Thiet, the place is in the middle of nowhere 2.General facility: this is a 4 star hotel, or so they rate themselves, but overall we think they only deserve 2 stars. Front desk area is decorated with fake flowers, no air-con, old furniture, staff wear terrible uniform. Hotel building is old, wall and floors are poorly maintained, lights are turned off at night so the corridor is completely dark. 3. Pool: DON'T go into the pool, we do not know what they mix in the water but it was sour and our face skin was burning red and painful after our swimming session. 4. Hotel rooms: their toilets were terrible, old and dirty. furniture were old, mattress were spring type. Small lizard was found inside the room and ANTS! ANTS were every where!!!. That was completely disgusting. 5. Food: morning breakfast buffet was another disappointment, there was minimal variety, soup and Pho were tasteless, sausage tasted like powder, coffee was plain. The restaurant was very hot and you won't be able to see the ocean. 6. Beach: flooded with garbage, plastic bags..etc. They did not even bother to clean their own beach. We were looking forward to the beach but yet again the resort failed us. Our recommendation: don't book this hotel, a complete waste of money and time.!

Property Looks Nice but...”
Stayed at this resort in mid Feb 2016. There were few guests at the time and only one of the two restaurants was open. Staff were generally good with a few stand out waiters and our hostess. Most other staff were focused on maintaining the grounds leaving no one to clean the main buildings on site. The hallways and stairs in our building were not cleaned the entire week we were there, and the mess left by previous guests remained throughout our visit. We spotted a large rat in the restaurant one evening prompting the family that had just sat down to dinner to get up and leave. The beach was scattered with litter washed up on shore but was eventually removed. The resort location is 15 minutes to the nearest town so it could be viewed as a good thing or a bad thing - depending on how much quite rest you are looking for. We found it a nice break from Ho Chi Minh. Overall, a disappointing vacation spot for our family.

There was a definite "smell" to our room, to me it smelled like urine, the staff sent someone to check but nothing was done. The beach was only usable during high tide and even then only decent. Be careful with room reservations in regards to age of children and what the hotel allows for who/how many can stay in rooms. The included breakfast was satisfactory but other places to eat were not conveniently located. Keep track of towels, they are not cheap and you will have to pay for any that are misplaced or not replaced by hotel staff. (we ended up being a towel short, housekeeping advised they noticed the day before there was only one towel but didn't say anything and upon checkout we had to pay for the towel, still don't know what happened to it)
