Justified with the current price tag”
The bathroom is way smaller than the one in my last visit. It's too small that it makes nearly impossible for showering. Rather than this, everything else is as good, no more bad smell from the sewage. Just the window can't be closed tightly, so it's kinda noisy in the morning!

Both receptionists when checking in & out are nice and helpful. Just the place is a bit run down in my opinion, especially the sewage smell. So these are the things the owner may consider to work on.

Without Wi-Fi and free bottles of water”
Kinda disappointed this time round in Bonita Grand Hotel. When I arrived on the 13 Sept 2017 and I was assigned to level 504 room. I spent a night there together with my girlfriend and while I'm at the room, I noticed the air conditional is not working well so I contacted the receptionist to inform them about the air-con is not cold. A while later they send a staff to check my air-con, instead of checking the Air-con the staff actually just change the mode of the config say i should use like this. After spending a night in room 504, the air-con is really not cold at all. So the next day I requested a room changed. So they change me to 304. When I'm in 304, the air-con I checked was working fine. Another issue was, the hotel Wi-Fi is not working at all. Spent my 4 night at the air-con without Wi-Fi. And requested for bottles of water they say is chargeable. In the last 1 night have 2 bottles of water free. And now is chargeable. Kinda disappointed this time staying there.

I stayed at Level 5 Fantasy Room - there is no complimentary coffee/tea, no kettle for boiling hot water, no safe box and no cupboard for putting your stuff and have to place on the floor. As for the bath tube if were to replace it with Jacuzzi I will I will give the Facilities and Value for Money as Excellent

staff friendly, location right in the middle of the city,never have room service,aircondition functioning not perfect almost not working, shower room too narrow and water flooded after shower, price not cheap compare with other better 2 stars hotels,I wouldn't recommend for this hotel.

It was a new and great experience for this! My gf and I are very pleased to this hotel which is best suit for couples. However, the hotel is a bit run-down and will need some maintenance of the room facilities. On the day of my stay, the aircon was leaking water throughout the night which caused some ponding of water on the floor. Water heating may require upgrade as the hot water supply run out very quickly.

Interesting Hotel in District 5”
We had a leaking pipe in the wall or something so we had to change rooms in the middle of the night. The DREAM type of room lighting is very Chinese, but good on your eyes, the DREAM type of room we got moved to was interesting, but that blue neon light is pretty hard on your eyes, but you can turn it off. This hotel is definitely a by the hiur hotel, where you bring your girl and bomm boom. haha, but its ok if your staying here full time.

More of a love motel ”
Price is cheaper if you were to book with hotel directly. Suitable for youngster seeking some fun with their mate. There is a pole in the middle of the room. Suppose it is for pole dance purposes. Noisy at night. Guest in their own room having party and disco. Moaning sound everywhere at night. Not suitable for family with children.

Kind of hard to get around and we wasted a lot of time taking cabs here n there. Room are not brightly lited and not every room is fitted with the facilities.... and differs from photos.

Peeling wallpaper, cigarette smelling, noisy. Great if you want to try out a Tantra chair. It's a short time hotel. The VIP rooms may be better.

Bad experience”
Booked for 5 rooms, but only 3 rooms available upon check in at 4.30pm. Finally received all 5 rooms keys at 7.45pm. Pillow with lip stick stain. Toilet light spoiled. Couples checking in and out frequently. Seems to be a short time hotel. Overall, room is spacious.
