Perfect sunsets and quiet”
Very nice place. Food breakfast and perfect location. Walking street is just around a corner, but still very quiet. Rooms are ok, we tryed 2 different bungalows. Not too much difference between cheaper one and more expencive. Wrfi is weak and goes off and on AS ot pleases. Staff is very welcomimg and helpful. The best sunsets and good breakfast. Perfect location, next to immigration + ferry drop point + great clean rooms”
This is my 3rd time staying at this resort. From here you would know that I love this resort a lot. All 3 times stayed diff types of rooms. Frm low to higher/better rooms. Breakfast selection is fair enough. Staff are friendly, good welcome drink + well explain frm checking in n well informed for departing times n baggage helped from arriving and departing. 10/10 🌟 for that. Recently I saw they did refurbishment for their rooms which is a plus point as well.. Recently went for new year count down and it was a blast 10/10 🌟 again 👏 👍.. Great activities planned out + great experinced in dinner BBQ buffet + other selection of food. Best part is free for my family 👪.. I'm pleased on that. Games provided + luxurious food served. 👍 Great smiling staff in each food stalls for that night. I will definetly visit for my 4th time with them again real soon. 😊👍 My longest reviewed I write in agoda so far.

Charming beachfront resort with lovely staff - but lets itself down insisting guests by bottled water”
We stayed at this over New Year in two poolside rooms. The pool area looked fairly new and was very nice, with a swim-up bar and comfortable seating. The rooms were a little basic for the price, but we were staying at one of the most expensive times of the year, so the rate would have been higher than average. The beds were good and we were not unhappy with the rooms. The restaurant area of the resort is on the beach and is very nice. Food ordered from the menu was consistently good. The beach can be busy with boats coming and going theoughout the day, but there are cordoned off swimming areas where it is possible to snorkel over areas of reef in shallow water - great for children. The sand is white and extremely fine. It is possible to access other areas of the island on foot by following various tracks and footpaths at the far end of the beach, and the 'walking street' runs alongside the hotel. The hotel staff including the manager were very friendly and helpful. My only major complaint is that the hotel will not refill water bottles with filtered water, but instead direct guests to buy bottled water from their shop. This seemed insane to me, in an industry particularly affected by plastic waste washing up on beaches - why does the resort wish to add to this problem?! Personally I would be happy to pay a small fee to refill my own bottle, it is not so much the cost I object to, but the unnecessary use of single use plastic. We did visit another resort which did offer water refill stations in an attempt to be more environmentally friendly, so it would not be impossible for Bundhaya to do the same.

Good location, good food, good hospitality”
Located at the busiest beach among the 3 beaches in Koh Lipe. Easy to go anywhere by foot or by boat. Swimming at seaside is at own risk as many long-tail boats are around. Sunrise beach would be a better choice for seaside swimming. I like their sand beach. It feels so soft and soothing to rub my feet to it. Staff at Bundhaya Resort are very friendly with good hospitality. Breakfast buffet has many choices and food on menu are good too. My family and I enjoy our 4 days 3 nights stay here.

Good location. Next to the Koh Lipe jetty and about 2-3 minutes walk to the walking street. However there is a lot of mosquitoes in this resort (maybe in other resorts too). The basin design is worst in the bungalow that we are staying at. Other than that everything is fine. Staff are friendly and the breakfast is good for 3 star resort.

Nice hotel with great pool”
Stayed at Bundahaya Resort for 3 nights upon arrival at Koh Lipe. Great location near speed boat arrival. Great views from restaurant. Food in restaurant was ok. Breakfast good. Loved the pool area wich was great with our small kids! Nice and helpful staff. Our room was clean and nice. Too hard beds and pillows! Bring mosquito spray! Even if mosquito net over bed they def were present! Beach was ok but we liked the beach at the other side much much more so go there instead. No shadow either so the pool was a must when at resort. The kids loved the pool area! We liked it here for a couple of days! :)

Great location, bad breakfast ”
Hotel is in an amazing location on the beach, just steps from Walking Street and the speedboat drop off. Beach and pool areas are stunning! Room - needs some updates, especially the bathroom. Quite run down and could use a coat of paint and some sealant around the doors to the outdoor shower. Also some more lighting, the rooms are quite dark. Restaurant. Food - when ordering off the menu, the food is great. Breakfast buffet - the breakfast buffet was absolutely disgusting. Exactly the same everyday with limited options. The “ham” was a white colour and sat soaking it a tray of lukewarm water, the bacon was extremely undercooked and would likely make you sick. The lady cooking at the egg station served under cooked eggs. Staff - reception staff wasn’t overly friendly at any part of the trip. Additionally, they refused to give us a second key until we demanded it. Then we we’re told if we lost it, we had to pay 2000 baht. We are 3 adults on this trip sharing a room, a second, if not third, key is mandatory. Cleaners - they cleaned the room everyday and brought extra towels each day. The cleaning staff was great. All in all, it’s a decent hotel but definitely needs a few tweaks to make it worth the price.

Perfect location BUT...”
We booked their pool view rooms with breakfast for 4-night stay in Lipe. PROS: 1. Location is right on the beach and next to the speedboat pier. 2. Room is of decent size and the staff has prepared the room well when we arrived. 3. Swimming pool is clean and huge. 4. Staff at the restaurant are friendly. CONS: 1. I was so displeased on the second night our room was not cleaned at all when we returned from the beach. 2. The toilet bowl in the span of 5 days is obviously not cleaned at all. The housekeeping just wiped the toilet seat dry and that's all. 3. The reception mentioned we will be provided extra umbrella as there were 3 of us; they said the housekeeping will add 1 more during their cleaning that morning but it wasn't provided until the next day and only when we asked for it again. 4. Breakfast was 99% the same for 5 days. Bacon was super cold and it was obvious the cook just dumped them into the frying pan without separating into slices. 5. No strict monitoring of people at the buffet breakfast regarding protective masks. A lot of guests did not wear masks when getting their food from the buffet table and the staff didn't bother at all. 6. It's not clear where is the smoking section of the open-air restaurant. Or, is the restaurant a non-smoking place as it should be? We saw guests smoking whilst at their table and staff did not bother. It's very inconvenient for those diners who are non-smokers. 7. A lot of mosquitoes that you need to close the door in you room as quickly as you can. It's not the resort's fault though but you may find it quite troublesome. Overall, I am not recommending this resort.

Pros and Cons”
Pros: comfortable spacious room , free 2 water bottle per day , daily towel replacement, nice pool with Jacuzzi, natural environment walkway, few steps beside immigration office, in front Pattaya beach, friendly front desk Cons: Some distance to walking street, sink pipe leaking dirty water after some uses, outdoor shower head rusting and not clean, flying cockroach in room (scary until chasing it out), call twice for room service to cleanup lunch plate picked-up by someone promise to come but in the end no one approach, very slow WiFi speed, limited choice breakfast same for 2 days (there is more tasty breakfast in walking street - highly Recommended "Bloom cafe") Feedback for improvement: Faster WiFi, improve the breakfast quality instead of quantity that currently provided, need some maintenance on sink and outdoor shower (It would be enjoyable if outdoor shower is with wooden stand and clean shower head that easy to having bath) Anyway, overall experience is acceptable.
