Unclean and Unhelpful staff”
Agoda said that this hotel would have two beds which was important because there was three of us. There was only one bed. There was however an uncomfortable couch that one of us slept on. We asked the front for a spare blanket for her but they wanted us to pay an extra 100k idr. There was supposed to be free Wi-Fi but there was no connectivity in our room. The bathroom was wet and dirty upon arrival. There was leftover soap bars left on the sink. There was no toilet paper either. The hotel does have a nice view of Bali and is air conditioned. Overall, not the best experience I would not recommend it.

Spooky dump hotel”
We arrived at the hotel almost midnight. The hotel so quiet, we dont see any other car park. There are men sleeping/ sitting in the hotel foyer. It looks dump spooky. Dont feel safe & secure to get in there. We decided to leave without getting of from the car. Too scared to sleep there ! This is my honest review. I dont want others to experience this.

It was no towels,wifi doesn’t work,overall are good just need more focus to bathroom cleaning, it was recommended for all of you guys though couple would enjoy your quality time!!!
