We have our wedding day last Feb 26 2022 here at carlton palace. The place is super elegant and the staff are nice and friendly. The room we have is at room 800. The room exceeded my expectation as it is very clean and organize. The staff are very friendly. We we're assisted by Ms. Jean during our booking and i must personally say that i feel the warmest and sincerity of her service. I would like also to extend my appreciation to Sendrick as he assisted us in our room. All staff during our wedding ceremony are very friendly. I saw them laughing with my visitors and i saw it as a good impression that they are treated well and service is superb I will definitely book and comeback again to Carlton palace. They know how to value your hard earned money. Thank you and will never forget this day of my life.

Elegant and classy hotel in a central area, lovely staff”
The room was very spacious, elegant and clean with comfy bed. The hotel is in a central area but it was very quiet and we had a very nice sleep (just what we needed before our flight back!). The reception/lobby is welcoming and really spectacular, with an impressive chandelier and two big elegant staircases (reminded me of the Titanic first class!). The hotel has also other impressive lounges and an internal restaurant too. We were there for our honeymoon and the staff left us a cake with candles in our room to celebrate! It was such a nice touch! They also helped with directions to explore the city, which was really appreciated. The hotel is close to an area full of restaurants - local and international, plenty of choices, just a few mins away by walk - and is also not far from the Souk (markets) and Creek (docks) area, the old part of Dubai. Definitely recommended!

I travelled alone for a day and these people did everything to make me feel comfortable. ”
I was taken care of in every way. My covid test was printed by them, ticket was confirmed from the reception as well as printed. They made sure they respond to all my requests on time. They let me stay till 3 cuz my flight was at night and they understood. In the end, a taxi in only 35 dirhams was arranged for me by the hotel. Completely impressed. I was an solo pregnant woman travelling and I felt home.

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from Union (interchange station for Red and Green line) and Al Rigga Metro Station. Airport, all major attractions including MOTE and Dubai Mall/Burj khalifa could be reached using Metro. Rooms are nicely done and quite luxurious, very neat and clean. Breakfast is good but services could be better with added staff and control over refilling. Staff is attentive and quite sensitive to guest's needs. What we found missing in room was an iron and ironing board, a must for travellers. Also, a pair of slippers could also add value to overall hygiene and cleanliness. Overall, a great experience and a recommended option for a quite and relaxed stay. Adam is a charming young man at the Front Desk, deserves a mention. As also the tall Omelette Chef in the restaurant, always eager to serve you well. Thanks a ton guys at Carlton Palace, Dubai.

I very rarely give 5 stars however this particular hotel is the exception as the staff were very professional and helpful nothing was too much trouble. Room was large and bed was comfortable and bathroom was large and well stocked. Breakfast was great value and had a large variety to choose from all in all a great hotel.

We had 3 rooms for 4 nights. The rooms are large with everything you need. The beds are huge and comfortable and the A/C is very strong. Breakfast was very good and all the staff were extremely kind and helpful with a personal touch that made us feel like V.I.P.s

Its lovely. Clean and beautiful atmosphere. Not a 5 star treatment as most things are old fashioned but the ambience fantastic. Easy check in and check out. Big room and beds. Wish they had extra towels. Am used to hotels where they provide more than 4 towels. No kettle and tea/coffee cups. 2 small water bottles provided with 2 disposable cheap cups .I didn't have much time to visit the pool and other facilities. They must improve on this. The TV was an old LED . Overall its a nice hotel.

First of all i would like to thank Hicham, Sendrik, Rahman, Jyothi and the entire housekeeping staff. Despite running on a low staff, they made sure all the request were met, staff is extremely polite and helpful, 10 mins away from T3 and 2 mins walk from various bazaars makes its a perfect place for stay.
