We were lucky we got upgrade to pool villa. Though we didnt quite use the inroom pool cuz we were out enjoying hotel facilities (pools and gym). Staff were GREAT. We were greeted (literally) every time we see a staff. Had opportunity to walk by the beach in front of hotel. Pakboong and Kitty were great at breakfast service. Kept out table clean and water full (they were fast!!!). Bottomline...great for a quick get away for families and couples.

Perfect stay in Phuket”
Everything was perfect especially staffs and customer service. Eventhough food and beverage price are quite high (but usual for hotel rate), the taste of the foods are extremely good with no msg. Spa is extraordinary (the service, massage technique, delicacy, facility). The pools and beach are private and clean. Wifi is very strong and convenience for wfh. Everything is superb. Thumbs up for the staff and hotel. Very much appreciated and impressive. Highly recommended!

5-star resort with Great ocean view room and beachfront with beautiful all marble bathroom with both bathtub, & showers with ocean views! Delicious buffet breakfast with about 30 hot entrees, guava, passion fruit, longans! Resort is a like a large beautiful tropical garden with tropical flowers and streams throughout and 2 large waterslides, cliff jumping, and a lazy river that wanders throughout the resort you can ride a inner tube float throughout There's seafood buffets also with all you can eat lobster, crab, fish, etc grilled fresh in front of you ..costs 850 to 1090 baht per person ($28 to $33 per person) with coconut ice cream, mango with sticky rice and coconut cream, etc --highly recommend

GOOD BEACHFRONT, QUIET, AND BEAUTIFUL”
Stayed for 7 nights with family and it was a memorable trip. Both the kids aged 14 and 4 years were happy and occupied all the time with the activities available. The view to the beach is fantastic - shoreline is meters away. Room is very comfortable, safe and offers a good sleep. Rooms come with a balcony too. Multiple swimming pools are awesome. Lots of pool activities as well. Includes a lazy river. Service is not the fastest but then again the resort is hugh! Breakfast is quite good. Food outlets limited to 2 outlets. Lots of options nearby for food, shopping and entertainment. Transport to town by tuk tuk is easy - fares seem to be fixed. Staff service is exceptional!!! Check in/out fast. Smiles all around. Would seriously consider staying here again. Well worth the dollars!!!

We vacation for 2 months almost every year in Phuket in dozens of resorts and hotels and Centara Grand is the best 5 star resort on the beach in Karon, with gorgeous spacious rooms, all marble bathroom, beautiful ocean view rooms, Our room on higher 3rd floor had a beautiful ocean view and waterfalls, With sound of the roaring waters and waterfalls by our room, great waterpark with waterfalls And water slides, walking distance to hundreds of local restaurants and shopping, Amazimg huge delicious hot breakfast buffet with 30+ entrees that should be included with every stay for only about $10 USD per room per night Staff and customer service was amazing and 5 star, always super friendly and helpful with complimentary upgrade, and birthday cake

It would be AWESOME to stay at the hotel for 4nights. You don't need to go out, and don't forget to buy a money package at the hotel front desk. Room with pool is stunning and water park area is a small paradise. Food at the Cove and the Mare restaurants is so tasty. Staffs are nice and friendly. Hope to visit this hotel twice a year. The centara Grand is a great resort for any kind of traveller, outside the hustle and bustle of patong but so close it only takes 8 minutes or so by cab. Staff were always friendly and helpful Facilities were great My room was amazing, I had the deluxe with pool. Beach is right infront Restaurants served very good breakfasts. Plenty of food to choose for lunch and dinner

this hotel is located at the end of the beach with a good separation between the very crowded beach of the hotels in town. the room was very good and all the staff were very attentive and always asking if we needed anything. this is a great resort for anyone who wants to avoid the crowds and get some rest. the town was only a short walk down the beach to some very good restaurants, prices at the hotel include 17% tax and fee. the breakfast at the hotel was great every morning and included with our room cost. the spa on site is very clean and a great experience, the ladies were great.

The hotel is beautiful and huge with a lot of facilities especially water slides, pools jacuzzi and lazy river. Absolutely love it!
