First time in Hat Yai . Surprised to see the street market all around the hotel. Lots of food, lots of things to buy. Arrived on 2pth Jan. And every night, there is night performance for lunar new year. Nice ambience. Hotel is a bit old but clean. Superb location. Nice friend staff too Special mention to Kanokorn, the sweet and pretty staff who was so patient to introduce me Cook Chai Dim sum on chinese new year day 1. She also arranged for day tour for my family of 7 to Songkhla. Sirisopha (manager) who booked the table for us at skylight lounge for 2 nights. She even came down to say hello to us on the first night while we were at the lounge. Aiman the friendly front desk staff who would always greet us when we go in and out of the hotel . Will be back.

I have stayed in many hotels around the world but this hotel is the best I have stayed in. Their staff is the best, so courteous, polite and ever so helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make my stay there so memorable. We arrived early in the morning and even though check in time is 3pm they worked it out so that all of us could go to our room as soon as we arrived. I will definitely be coming back again and again. This is my 3rd stay here. The rooms are so comfortable, their beds abd pillows are one of the best I have slept on. And it will feels like home whenever I check into Centara. Can't wait till my next visit.

The location of the hotel is good. It is surrounded by lots of recommended food and street food, massage place and easily accessible to most places by tuk tuk or cars. Hotel is at the fifth floor and check in was fast. For self drive, parking is safe as it is guarded. Room is clean and the size is quite good. The staffs there are polite and helpful. I left my back pack at the reception area when I left the hotel for dinner. Called the hotel and the receptionist told me they found the bag and have safe keep it. Was happy as I have my ipad in it. Will continue to stay this hotel when I return. Thanks.

Room was very spacious. Staff was very kind and their services are excellent. The room was muslim friendly because it been created with prayer space and restaurant is halal. As Malaysian, we don't need to bring adapter as its already build with it. I been there with sick stomach, and they made my request to cook congee even though those menu only provided in the morning. This the best hotel I ever been. Thank you so much.

love this hotel very much.. location is superb.. near to the hawker food, many stalls around hotel that sell food, snacks, clothes, merchandise, etc. all the staffs are very friendly and helpful.. i like the atmosphere around there and the lobby is super nice with a fragrance air . the breakfast is excellent.. love all their food. it's very recommended. best hotel in hatyai.

Travel with elderly”
The hotel is kind enough to give us an early check in after knowing that we're traveling with elderly. The hotel lobby smells very good (citrus) because of the aromatherapy essential oils. Free beverages served in lobby. Located just right opposite Lee Garden. Great hospitality from the staffs. The only downside is that you have to change between two elevators to get to your room.

My son I thought great place close to everything i think the most we paid for tuk tuk was 8o baht. Also hired driver for 5 hour from outside hotel we paid 1500 baht and went to many places.

This hotel is just right opposite of lee garden, very easy to get tuk tuk, restaurant and massage place . Staff is very friendly and helpful although I received late reply from reservation via email. Believe that too many of emails that reservation department need to handle and cause I received later reply from them. Many Malaysian n Singaporean stay in this hotel . Bell boy and housekeeping staffs are very friendly.

Glad that we booked Centara hotel for our Hatyai short stay. Friendly staffs, and very polite. The room and toilet were very clean! Only 1 downside is, every morning I was "greeted" by talking/knocking noises outside my room. Probably my room was located beside a lift and cleaning staff storeroom.
