              Never Disappoints”

              Central Caleula is our go to whenever we visit Orange - this time after COVID restrictions it had been through some renovations and wow very modern. Also Douglas was very helpful with our late arrival due to traffic and roadworks.

              Deluxe family room”

              I booked a deluxe family room for 4 , I checked in and walked into the room to find a queen size bed only. Fortunately my son stayed at home and the motel was able to provide a roll away bed as the motel was fully booked and no family rooms where available. The reception was apologetic and reduced the rate I was to pay but that still doesn’t make up for the error that was made on a booking they had for other 3 months

              Had an upstairs end room at the rear of the complex which was very quiet. Staff very helpful and friendly on check in. Clean and spacious room. Fantastic location on the main street of Orange. Would happily stay here again.

              Great value for money”

              Central location. We stay in the family room and it is spacious. As our room is close to the main road it is a little bit at times noisy when you can hear the cars travelled on the road. Other than that it was really value for money. We had a pleasant stay!

              We had requested early but when we arrived the room was not ready. The staff were very accommodating and ended up upgrading us. This was our second stay and both times we have been very comfortable. Would most definitely recommend this hotel to others.

              Poor Quality”

              Nothing Noise old

              Our booking had been mixed up Motel and staff were quite rude about it and at first blamed us until they read paperwork. Our room had no towels and when we asked for towels we were told they would see if they could find some. The tap on the bathroom sink was loose and falling off. Rooms tired and run down. It is noisey as trucks pass all night.

              We booked a king executive room. We got a very ordinary room with queen bed. Very old tired motel and about $60 overpriced at a cost of $203. Mercure and Quality Inn were both at least $40 to $50 less and would have been much more enjoyable (booked out) Only 1 bedside lamp worked. Very small television on desk. Would not recommend at all to anyone
