Perfect weekend getaway stay.”
We stayed at this hotel as a group of 7, and so booked two rooms for 4 people. Rooms were spotless clean and very well maintained, the breakfast wasn't bad (eastern and western food options available plus a buffet on sundays), and the staff were very nice as well. Location was excellent as it was right near the night markets and 5 minute walk from the wharf, and the rooftop views and furnishing was very nice too. Thank you and wish your team the best!

I travelled with my dad and boyfriend and booked two rooms. The hotel is lovely, the rooms are clean and very nice, the toilet is also good. The hotel is quiet and in an area with 7 eleven, shops and restaurants. Also closed to access to the cable car. The hotel has a super nice rooftop. The weather was so good so we enjoyed. Thank u!

Delighted with our stay in sun moon lake”
We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff was very helpful before our arrival and during our stay. We liked the rooms (family rooms + 3 double bed rooms) very clean and spacious. The bathroom was big as well, with a shower cabin next to the bathtube. The decoration is mindful. Good quality of sheets and towels. We were at the 6th floor (elevator) 4 rooms per floor. 2 rooms with view on the vegetation. 2 other rooms with a street view (very calm neighborhood) The building has 9 floors + great view from the rooftop at 10th floor. Supermarket 7 11 and family mart are next block. Few minutes walk. Very close to the port and street food in less than 5 min walk. Ita Thao is a good location for visiting sun moon lake. This town is very convenient to visit butterfly garden and Formosa aboriginal culture village without car. It has potentials and more construction works are on progress to develop the town. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful hotel for the money”
Went with a group of 7 so we booked 2 4-people street-view rooms. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very nice. Staff were very friendly too. Great value for money and everyone commented how great this hotel was. Thank you!

Beautiful view from a roof terrace”
The view from the rooftop was great. Water restriction was exist when we stayed but not exactly trouble for a short term stay and it was a good chance to recognize lowest-leveled water reservoir in front of the hotel.

Wonderful stay”
We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. The staff was very helpful. They helped us arranged our arrival from Taichung high speed station to the hotel by taxi. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacy family room and double bed rooms. Good breakfast. The location Ita Thao is very convenient for our different visits. Bus stop not far (check out the schedules) The port is very close. Like the small nightmarket/ Street food/stores are very near in 3min walking distance. There are lot of choices. Note that everything is closing early in this town (8 to 8:30pm for dinner). 7 11 and family mart at 3 min walk. Nothing much to do later, there is a nice panoramic terrace for a last drink (you should bring your own drink). OR a lastminute fireflies tour which has been arrange by the hotel. This was a magic experience! (Everything in Chinese so we couldn't benefit of the explanation). All in all we highly recommand this hotel. We would not hesitate to come back.

I always measure a hotels value by how comfortable I feel in a room. This hotel has large bedrooms, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, amenities, and is very clean. The hosts are friendly and helpful, and you walk to anywhere you might want to go.

It’s about 30mins drive from the other jetty named Nothing much to do in this area of stays , as the shops closes at 9pm, but you will have a peaceful and relax night before the next hectic day. Room and bathroom are spacious, clean and tidy. Breakfast selection is limited , especially during non peak season period as they won’t provide varieties of food

The location is nothing to be wow about, but it still walking distance to the mid part of the town. The hotel is small but friendly, we had a nice time talking to the lady boss. The rooms were clean and everything that we need for the night was provided. I would sure stay again in this hotel

Paid very expensive TWD4804 (SGD214.50) for a night for a lake view room but was given a forest view room instead. When I checked they said there are no lake view for double bedded room. I felt really cheated and very disappointed.

Will come back again”
We booked to stay 2 night at the hotel. Hotel staff can speak english very well. The room is clean and comfortable. Wi-fi in hotel room is very good. The view from roof top are very impressive. Breakfast serve are nice including Taiwanese local food, Toast, and Salad bar. During our stay we faced typhoon that caused all the operation closed. The hotel master help us to find car back to Taipei on time. I will recommended this hotel to my friend and everyone who planned to visit Sun Moon Lake.

Lovely hotel”
The hotel is situated on ita tao side. Which is across the lake from where you have to arrive at sun moon lake. Just make sure you arrive before the last ferry or bus (I think around 5-ish pm?) check the timetables. The taxis are terrible here and will rip you off extensively. I do think ita is the better side to stay more pretty. I would stay there again, but would arrive in the day to take ferry. The hotel is 5-8 minutes walk from pier. It would be nice to have washing machine and dryer at hotel.

Don't miss out the roof top garden”
Cherry Feast has a beautiful roof top garden where you can have a breathtaking view of the lake - perfect for catching the morning sun rise. It's also just a 2 minute stroll to the shopping and food streets, and the pier! Perfect! Just a note though- if you are staying more than a day, do tell the reception to tidy your room and change your towels. Otherwise they will be left as they were.

A gem at sun moon lake”
Staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. The rooftop garden provided a beautifu view of sun moon lake especially in the day. The location of the hotel may not be right in the middle of the action but it is just a mere 5 mins walk away. We had a very good stay.

Simple and comfortable stay in Sun Moon Lake”
Stay at Ita Thao offers more variety and wide range of food along the old street. The only inconvenience is that there is no ferry or bus across the lake from Shuishe after 5.00 pm. Night life is quiet after dinner. Cherry Feast Resort has a nice and pretty rooftop garden, well taken care by the lady owner.
