Convenient Location ”
The location was right next to the station for those traveling via train. It’s also next to the river, so the view is nice. There are many shops, restaurants and conbinis in walking distance, as well. The hotel itself was pretty nice and affordable, which is great. The rooms are very small, which is pretty typical for a Japanese hotel, but it was fairly clean and they have basic amenities like toothbrushes, razors, q-tips, robes, etc. one down-side was that the walls are incredibly thin, so you can hear other guests talking, watching tv, etc. but that’s also typical in Japanese hotels. We were a couple staying in the room, and it was comfortable. We also stayed for two nights, and they gave us fresh towels for the second day, which was great! Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

nice convenient location from Utsunomiya station ”
It's just a minute away from Ustunomiya station. It is easy to find a hotel and many restaurants are around. So good for the first time visit. Room was clean and staffs were nice too.

Everything you need for your trip”
Stayed for 2 days amid the Covid-19. The price is lower than normal but the quality is still maintained. The room and bed is very clean; the facility is new and the location can’t be more perfect. I liked the hotel and would love to stay there again when I visit Utsunomiya next time.

Very close to the JR Station”
I traveled a lot during my stay in Utsunomiya, so having a hotel this close is very convinient. There are many department stores around so didn't worry about food.

NICE STAY CLOSE TO THE STATION”
We extended our stay for one night as we wanted to visit the fox village which runs public bus only on Tue and Fri. The room was no. 612 in the 6th floor with a view towards another highriser. What we really enjoyed was that it was slightly (2-3m2) bigger than the usual places for the same budget 40-50€ so enough space for all the luggage and no unnecessary extra tables or chairs which just block the way. Everything was clean and working fine. The light made a cosy atmosphere as it was yellowish. The bathroom tiles could use some new paint. Room service cleaned our room nicely. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. Even took my VOD card back which I by mistake bought in the assumption of changing money for the laundry. The laundry price was 300 plus dryer 200 (and you need two dryer runs) means 700 for a washing plus drying. That is overpriced as we have been washing for one month - either for free or around 200-300 Yen incl. dryer. Rest was perfect. THANKS.

Nothing fancy here, the bathtub was in a regular size , not small. No microwave in my room. Not bad, it was just simple. Nice though

Convenient location for a comfortable stay”
JR Utsunomiya station is right next to the hotel! Room was small but not uncomfortably so, very big bed for one person. Versatile and delicious breakfast.

For anybody stating or doing business in Utsunomiya, this is an amazing hotel right night to station for a very low price. The rooms are standard business hotel fare, but there are lovely station views from the window, and plenty of local places to eat.

The hotel is serviceable and conveniently located. For the price, a complimentary breakfast would have been wonderful, but a McDonald's shares the building, so a quick meal on the cheap was still able to be found. I didn't experience any English speaking staffers, but they still managed with my horribly broken Japanese language skills. Not a bad place to sleep at all.

I got one semi-double room for two people on an amazing deal, but upon seeing the bed I realized the bed was not for two adults. We are two fairly tiny-sized Asian females and I could not turn around without hitting my friend’s feet. Plus there was only one duvet. I wish it was stated as for 1 person even if it meant I had to book two rooms. One staff member greeted me warmly but turned silent and blatantly looked at me when I asked if she spoke English. The location can’t be better though.
