Unforgettable Royalty Experience”
It is the only Ottoman Imperial Palace and Hotel with an outstanding view of the Bosphorus river. Excellent location, a mixture of history and modern architecture. The breakfast was remarkable and so was their Italian restaurant. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The staff out their is really friendly and helpful. The outdoor bar and sheesha place with the outstanding river view was our favourite place to spend the time in the evening. The indoor pool and spa services is also something to experience at.

Excellent property and great service. Staff makes you feel like royalty, especially Maryam at guest services was extremely helpful throughout the duration of our stay. Facilities wise, the pool and certain parts of the room are in need of renovation. We will definitely be returning.

Amazing view of Asia from Europe ”
Great location on the Bosphorus river giving u a view of the bridge that leads one from Europe to Asia. Great views - can hold u spellbound. Staff is extremely courteous but the facilities r limited and the decor does not do justice to a palace hotel commanding such high room tarriffs per nite. Was expecting a richer grandeur l and I am sure the hotel can invest more in making the welcome more befitting a palace hotel. Have stayed in many other indian palace hotels and they go out of their way to pamper their guests on arrival

Not worth the price IMO”
I found the staff hit or miss for a supposedly 5 start hotel. All front desk, concierge, valet, room attendants were top notch. My problem was with the restaurant and bad staff. They were not as attentive as you would expect from a hotel like this. I don't like having to flag down people everytime I need something. Stayed in a Bospherus corner room. The room was a little dated for our tastes.

First trip to Istanbul”
I cannot rate the Kempinski highly enough. I have stayed at a Kempinski Hotel before and remember the quality of service standing out, it did again as nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. The location however and the 16th Century backdrop of the original palace make the stay so special. The view of the Bosphorus from our room, the swimming pool, The restaurants and the gardens of the hotel lift the experience to spectacular. The food was amazing in all the restaurants that we tried, breakfast having a real wow factor in that the selection of food types on offer was vast. My son and I will definitely stay at the Ciragan Palace Kempinski again and we will try and do it soon.

Lovely hotel with a warm welcome”
I walked in and I had a very warm welcome and welcomed to the garden view. But I paid the difference and stayed in sea view. It was the most spectacular room I ever stayed in Istanbul. The only disadvantage of the hotel wis the location which is far from the metro station and we ended up getting into a taxi. Was bit busy street. The advantage was Ortokoy a walking distance and Besiktas was round the corner. Ciragan Kimpiski is a must to visit

we spent our 10th wedding anniversary at ciragan, so only spent one night. we got upgraded to a large room with full balcony overlooking the bosphorous. the staff delivered a free bottle of champagne and very yummy cake in celebration of our anniversary. it is a luxurious hotel with every convenience you could ever wish for, and we wished we could have stayed longer....
