I love the room! Its really spacious for 4 adults. The queen bed is actually 2 single beds which been combined together, so its really big and comfortable. For muslims, this hotel provides sejadah for us to perform our prayers. I think its very considerate. The room also has windows and I didn't feel suffocate at all during the stays. Fully satisfied! Keep up the good service.

Stay was alright as it was only for one night. However, rating was probably overrated. No Towels, No toilet rolls & tissue paper, No phone to contact the reception. Rooms were not properly maintained. Stained bathroom floor, hairs at the shower floor trap and no water heater. Tap water tasted rusty. Despite all that, adequate breakfast was included with the stay so thats fine. The other 2 positive aspect of the hotel were its location which was very near to the central bus station and there are plenty of parking space. Some budget hotels have no parking space leaving customer to park at public parking requiring parking coupons. So thats another plus side. However, for the same deal price, there are better budget hotel around the city.

The entrance to the hotel was quite unnoticeable, I need to drive ard to find the entrance but overall my stay there was ok....the staffs were helpful, the breakfast included was moderate based on the price of my room.... anyone just want a place for sleeping, this is the place

I come with my siblings and we really enjoy the hotel rooms. The facilities is not a lot. We need to use stairs to go to our rooms. It is okay for us because we use to it. The brekfast is delicious but not variety. To those that want a hotel only for staying or sleep, it is suitable.

Dirty, bad managing, old facilities, louse”
First, the workers are friendly. However, i felt being cheated since the hotel stated that it was built on 2012 but their facilities are not as new as I thought. Furthermore, this hotel also named city times. I think they can improve their management in arranging the remote control which is suit to the room number. Next, this hotel didn't supply hot water for bathroom. And, my mom and I realised that the bed has some louse. So terrible. That's all for my review. Thanks. Please do think twice before u book the hotel.

Dingy room. Yes, I know it was a budget stay, but the room itself was very gloomy. When I checked in around 2pm, the light at the alleyway is turn off. It was very dark. As I entered my room, expecting 2 single beds, there was a surprise. There was two single beds and.. a double decker bed. I don't know why this double decker need to be there. It's look like, it just put there like this room is a store room. I was on the edge to go look for another place to stay. However, I convinced myself that this was just for a night. The next day, I went for breakfast and check out around noon. My buddy told me that around 4am, there was a voice, asking us to get up. What I can say that, it was not me.

I stay in Budget room. The room is quite big but have a double Decker bed without a mattress. The environment in the room look weird. And also I didn't get any soap or towel during the stay. The rest is ok.

The hygiene of the room was too bad.”
The hotel's room was not very hygiene. The room quite dusty and they maybe did not change the bed sheet/pillow covers (I think so). My son got sore eyes when we were staying there. Actually we would like to book the hotel once again but when this happened I think it was my first and last stayed at the hotel. All of my family got sore eyes when we stayed there. The hygiene of the room was very poor.

I was denied a room when I first arrive at the hotel. The front office said that the hotel is fully booked since the last two week. They tried to check me in at a homestay which is under the same management and i refused the offer. I told them that I have paid for the room.. After arguing for about half an hour they finally gave me the room as one of the guest check out late. In the first place why is my booking accepted even the hotel is fully booked?

Mosquitoes & Aircon not cool”
My experience? Really bad. First impression of the hotel, it looks like some third-rate hostel of a boarding school. There was no towel provided (had to ask from the receptionist). Toilet floor was wet when I walked in.At 1am I woke up as there were too many mosquitoes. Tried to adjust the air conditioning but no remote was found. Couldn't sleep.Tried to call the hotel, but no telephone was provided. Tried to call them on their landline, nobody answered. I know I paid for a budget hotel but hey, at least provide me the basic necessities. I stayed in budget hotels in Kota Bharu & Kuala Terengganu with no issues.

my room, air cond not fuctioning then i have to change another room ( pack the bag, go downstairs all the way to the counter located at another building, climbed downstairs) no tv, no towel, if you need an iron go back to the counter and get it because they will not send, there is a water filter at lobby but not functioning, lobby ( block d) was terrible. well, better pay some money to upgrade to the room at the main building. i guess the budget hotel is actually a hostel for sport occasion.

The hotel room is large and clean, staff are friendly too. However, there are too many beds in a room of three and the breakfast doesn't looks like breakfast. There's also a lot of mosquitoes and dust in the room. Suitable for large group stay.

This hotel is not properly manage and need urgent maintenance and repair. This hotel is dirty, and fill with dust all over the room.The room has some nice decoration, but the cleanliness issue are taken for granted.Proper housekeeping need to be done as cleanliness are very important aspect in hotel management.Toilet paper is not provided so, please keep in mind to bring ones.

Overall is okay. Room was cosy. But in the middle of the night suddenly no electric supply. we also faced no wayere supply during our stay. but no action from hotel. we have to woke up ealry in the morning to check out and go to nearby mosque to take a bath.

Wifi not working, so frustrated. No towel and have to go counter ask for the towel.only get 2 towel.my room is superior family for 3 people.but i just get 2 towel and we have to share that towel. Frustrated also. Water heater not working. At the morning have to shower with cold water and so freezing. To bad. Other thing is ok.
