"The hotel is less than 10 minutes from the airport but it took the shuttle a half hour to get to us. First I called the hotel and requested a pickup and they said a few minutes. After 22 minutes I called the days inn 800 # and they told me three things, #1 the shuttle was there(it was not) #2 the shuttle was on its way ( a second ago it was there) #3 they were having trouble with the shuttle. Three stories within 5 minutes on the phone. The shuttle finally showed up and I asked if they had car trouble. The driver said no. Then we got to the hotel and the guy at the counter asked if I called the 800 # I said yes and he then began to tell me that I must have gotten lost at the airport because they were there the whole time. I was where I was supposed to be for a half hour. If I was in the wrong place how did the shuttle eventually show up there? I fly in and out of ATL at least 3 times a month. I know my airport. I just never stay nearby. I wont stay here again. Find a better hotel "
