Prachuap Khiri Khan hotels & accommodations

The hotel allows the guest to bring the dog. But the guest has to inform the hotel in advance. You might have to pay some for your dog (1,000 baht) The hotel was beautiful but a little bit old for swimming pool. They should fix. it can cause the accident. The food should be more variety. You are 5 star hotel not 2 star. The breakfast was very poor for 5 star hotel. it...

Let me start by saying that if you stay here you most definately will need some form of private transport (be it motor cycle or car). The main attraction of Sunshine Paradise for me was the location. It is on a very quiet and beautiful beach. Indeed to achieve this to access Sunshine Paradise you must drive along 500m of gravel track. We stayed in the Standard room bl...

Right across the Soi from the beach, short cheap boat ride to Monkey Island, good food for reasonable prices, relaxed attitude and great for little kids. Nearby restaurants and massages on the beach are cheap and fair quality. Shallow water at the beach is good for kids to play, but not so great for real swimming. Beach had too much trash (seems to be everywhere in Tha...

If your landing in this sleepy town late at night after weeks on a shoestring budget, then this hotel is an oasis. It's clean and professional. Elevators and airconditioning. The staff have a formal, trained feel to them. And the breakfast is real - you know what i mean if you've traveled a bit. The location is fine, easily found. The town is so small, though, that l...

The price is reasonable when we booked this hotel. The hotel decorated in the city boutique which might be more attractive for the younger demographic such as couple or group of friend. However, from the staff friendliness and attentiveness, the environment is safe enough for me recommended to the family with young children. The room is spacious and clean. The food is ...

There were some issues with our booking through Agoda, the hotel were very helpful to put things right. Food was excellent. The resort was quiet and peaceful. Overall very, very good. The ONLY things I would recommend for improvement were: The buffet breakfast was changed to a la carte on two of the three days. The day we did get the buffet it was excellent. ...

Beautiful location. Chairs on the beach right across the street from the hotel was generally empty. This was great for us because we were traveling with our 4-month old daughter. Hotel provided a crib. Unfortunately, there was barely enough room for it in the room. It was fine, though. Rooms were cozy, but comfortable. In fact, most comfortable beds I've experienced in...

Although or because of it's located in very ruraly place, it's a very calm and relaxing hotel. Be careful because of the distance to Prachuap Khiri Khan, it's about 100km away. We thought it,'s closer and had to rent a car to get there :) Nevertheless, the staff is more than friendly and helpful, they really cared about us. The room was perfect, big, clean and had a r...

I stayed with my boyfriend and my dog. The best thing about this hotel is you can bring your pet if you book a Villa room. The room is a bit smell but i don't mind as i understand that must have been many people stayed over with their pets. very comfortable bed and lovely private room with a garden for your dog... and have an access to the beach!! The beach is prett...

Even Lipda Resort will open only 1-2 months but we are so impress in all staff when we arrived to resort because they take care customer with service mind, professional and smile all the time. This resort stay too close the beach, Wi-Fi signal is so fast, Breakfast and all menu are delicious. We recommend you all to book this resort / hotel and you will feel gooood lik...

This place is nice if you want to escape the crowds and feel of a large resort. It was good value for money and the property well maintained. The hotel organized lots of excursions, which is really good. The food was very good and value for money. I live in Thailand and would probably come back if I was driving from north to south again.

The best thing about this property is it's lovely staff. From the reception staff, to the cook, to the groundskeepers, each of them had smiles and warm greetings and went out of their way to be friendly and kind. We arrived at 2am because of outbound traffic in downtown Bangkok---the next morning we were too late for breakfast, as we slept in. The cook offered to open ...

What a great find for an overnight stay while driving Kog Samui , to Prachuap Khiri Khan, to Bangkok. Would have liked to stay longer. Definitely need a car if venturing away from hotel. Upstairs room (they did have ground floor villas) was a minor problem for our old legs, but room was good value, facilities good & staff attentive & friendly.

With the price we paid, we didn't expect a true first-class facility, so it was a very much pleasant surprise. The view from the room was good, but from the rooftop, we got a lovely sight of both sunrise and sunset. The beach in front of the hotel is pretty and peaceful, much to our delight, but we loved swimming in and enjoyed the sea view from the infinity pool ...

.. this was my second visit to tri - shawa resort - this time i could book for just one night. the resort still has its charms: lovely staffs with warm smiles, and the town of Prachaup Khiri Khan. i still managed to use the bicycle at the hotel (just 100 baht to rent) to bike to town in the morning. though my quality of sleep was rather poor due to the funny noises mad...

This was our 3rd time at Bayview Beach Resort over a period of 5 years. Yet again we had a fabulous stay and were remembered and warmly welcomed. All staff were lovely, the room spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The meals were very good, reasonably priced and authentic. The ideal place for a get away from it all break. Despite it currently being low season everyth...

I stayed here with my friend for 3 nights on our way to south to Ban Krut. Hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. The hotel was surprisingly completely full but didn't see but few souls around. Room was quiet and had very good and quiet ac with fabulous sea view. No balcony. They dont have a restaurant on their own but serve free coffee (instant) all day long an...

The Green Beach Resort is located on a quiet stretch of coastline, protected by national park status, between the towns of Hua Hin and Prachuap Kiri Khan. It is just far enough from Bangkok to be away from the masses, we paid 2500B for the 3-4hr taxi ride from Don Muang Airport (use the Hua Hin tax rates). Suitable for families and anyone wanting a very quiet, relaxed ...

A very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Although I’d describe this as resort accommodation. I have been visiting Thailand 31 years, now residing for 19 years. Travelled extensively throughout Thailand and this is by far the best resort we’ve stayed. Some may consider rooms small but I would say that they are normal size. More important, they were comfortable and clean. TV...

We came with my 82 year old mum and stayed in high quality bungalows next to each other. The staff did everything to help my mum. The resort is small and has the personal touch. The swimming pool is great and the food on the beachfront bistro is first class. We travel a lot over Thailand, staying mostly in predominantly Thai areas. Bang Saphan has a bit of both. The ...

I stayed a week in Thailand throughout various cities but staying here was my favorite part! The hotel is in a great location if you want peace and tranquility. The area is quiet and relaxing. The food was delicious. The hotel lets guests use free bikes and motor bikes, which I was able to use for a bike ride along the beach (which is a MUST). There are various bars an...

The staff made sure to bid our every request and the best part was that since my mother was suffering from slip disc they gave me a room right by the parking area so she didn't have to walk as much. So I might add that this resort is disability assistance friendly. The pool was huge and mean huge and its view towards the beach was mesmerizing. I went during a busy seas...

Hotel facilities: -coming with large and nice pool with ocean view - nice lawn in front of the pool next to beach front, this is truely deliver relax feeling. - bicycle, kayaking is there, and hotel is next to the canal where this is originally fisherman village and surrounding by the hill, trust you didn’t kayaking or cycling or running without anything to see, here ...
Cheap places to stay in Prachuap Khiri Khan

I had a really pleasant stay at Sherrys Safehouse Hostel! She was sooo kind and helped me a lot with the planning of my trip! You can always count with her help, she is a wonderful, open minded and -hearted person who loves her job and gives her guests the feeling to be at home!! You also have access to a shared kitchen and the rooms are clean, comfortable and come wi...

We really loved De Hostel. The place is super cute, clean, has what you need. The location is great. I considered staying by the water in Prachuap, but when I walked by there, that area seemed a little run down, kind of depressing-looking, and tourist-y. De Hostel is bright and well-maintained, right in town, but on a small street off of 2 of the main streets in town. ...

I told Tim, the guy running the place, i like to play snooker. On the next moment he was taking me to their local snooker place with his scooter. So nice people and everything is under control when it comes to shower, bathrooms, beds etc. If you want to have a nice Prachuap Khiri Khan, i recommend this place.

As other reviews have stated this place is not actually where the map pin shows it is, it's about another 10 minutes walk further down the road from the location shown. To put it in perspective you need to walk 15 minutes to reach the highway and a further 45 minutes to reach the seafront where everything you might actually want to see/do is located. This place is real...

our stay at sananwan beach was outstanding.it is the best i have ever experienced during 25+ years of travel throughout south east asia.we were picked up at the local railway station very promptly as arranged.on arrival we were made to feel like we virtually owned the property. nothing was to much and the staff gai and go who do everything were so friendly and helpful...

We were both sick/recovering from illness during our visit and found ourselves in the room most of the time. It is very basic budget accommodations, but it was also a good value and had a lovely view at the quieter end of town, which we appreciated. Beyond that, the owners were extremely nice and helpful with arranging transportation to our next spot, as well as runnin...

Ok, first of all the address for this property is Prachuap Khiri Khan BUT it's actually in the Pranburi region, and only accessible from there. Of the scores of hotels in this area, only Blue Beach appeared in a search of Prachuap Khiri Khan which was super misleading. It was also a pain to get to. They advise you call them to arrange pick up from Pranburi when you ar...

Looking for a cheap thai hotel next to the city beach in prachuap? Mont Talay is your place. Do not expect anything fancy or very clean. Fan rooms go for a hard to beat rate of 420 baht only! Including balcony and seaview! The slightly more expensive aircon rooms have a refrigerator but no balcony. Hardly recommended for budget travellers. If you are more in to fancy b...

This is a great guesthouse close to Ao Manao beach. It's about 20 minutes from the train station, less than 10 minutes from the nearest 7-11. There's a good restaurant directly opposite and others at the seafront under 10 minutes. Emmi is a great host, more than helpful! She helped me with train times and let me check out later on my final day as it was raining. She al...

We arrived late in the evening and due the lack of taxis or public transport it was a bit of a hassle to get to the resort, but the people of Kui Buri are very helpfull. The next day we wanted to see the national park Kui Buri, and Pehechon the owner arranged this with his son in law (Pop) and brought us (1h ride) for a compensation to the park which was very convenien...

We stayed in 2 different rooms throughout our 3 night stay and have to say that the rooms were quiet and very clean. The owners of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. They have a menu for breakfast/lunch (tradional & western) and have bicycles to rent. This is the 3rd time staying in Prachuap and have to say that Pancake b&b is the best stay yet! (other 2 b&b's we...

I hightly recommed this hotel!! Really cheap and really clean. The staff was amazing and helpfull. Not in center but with the shortcuts you are in 10 min to the mainstreet. Room and bathroom clean, a/c, towels (change it every day) and free bottles of water each day you're staying. If I come back to prachuap khiri khan I will definitely come back to this hotel.

This is a motel, so good for anybody with their own vehicle. It's quite close to railway station and mini van drop off points. However, it is several blocks away from the sea and main concentration of bars and restaurants. OK if you don't mind a bit of walking or you have your own moto. It is quite new, clean etc, but there is no daily housekeeping, so only suitable f...

We stayed for 4 nights, it was a quiet & peaceful location just what was needed after Hua Hin. The rooms are little bungalows, you get a tall fridge, no kettle but you can get hot water from reception. Free bottles of water everyday, and your room can be cleaned everyday if you wish. The WiFi was excellent, the best in Thailand so far. The owners serve a sma...

The runner is the breakfast you won't believe it but it is Thailand you may expect that somewhere else but not in Thailand and on top of that the staff understands English - accommodation very clean - enough drinks in the fridge - comfortable lobby - close to the beach - relaxed stay

I must admit when we turned up i was a bit sceptical but our hut was cool, clean and querky. The location was peaceful and a short ride to the beach. The owner and his wife couldn't have been nicer and nothing was too much trouble. We did worry about mozzies being next to water but we needn't have worried. If u want a tradional thai experience we cannot recommend thi...

My husband and I were over the moon to find this gem of a place as we travelled through Prachuap Khiri Khan on our way down south. So please with the place...especially for the price. Only thing that may be an issue for some is the location - it's far from the beach and pier which is pretty much the main strip of activity in the town so best to stay here only if you ar...

Stayed here for a couple of nights on passing down to the South of Thailand. The hotel was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff didn't speak much English but they were very helpful in anything we asked for. Breakfast was included in the room price, and while you had to go a 5 minute walk to a different building for breakfast, it wasn't a big deal. I don't understan...

We stayed two nights, and picked this place because it accepted pets. The grounds are wonderful, the cottages cute and clean, and the whole atmosphere was very comfortable and relaxing. The room was nice, bed a little hard, but loved the masonry in the bathroom. The dogs had lots of space to wander, and the cottages are spaced to as not to bother anyone else. Not fa...

Internet could be much better, only a few staff speak english but very sweet and helpfull so no big issues. Very nice snorkling around Koh Talu, better than many I have seen incl. Koh Tao,but only 3 spots so I recomend the group boat to 400 baht pr. p.p. Food exellent and cheap beer . Will go back for sure but will book the small room next time

You are not going to find better accomodation in Ban Krut (or even all of Thailand). The host Boon is really lovely! She helped us with everything and looked after us like a mother. i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is heading towards sam roi yod. i would recommend this hotel to anyone planning on going to pranburi as well. this hotel is located in the quieter area and is not touristy in the least. it is super clean and cute and the rooms are quite nice and bright. the staff is really friendly. this in my opinion is the be...

I like privacy of the resort. It was just like you were staying in your own house. Private pool but a little too deep for Thai, not a kid pool at all. Depth of 150 cm. is good for swimming but not for kids play. The decorations were very good. Rooms are spacey and clean. But it is far away from town so you should prepare your own food well. Outdoor shower and to...

The town has not much tourist which is great but lacks really modern accommodation if that is what you are after although there are three new ones being built, the ones that have been open for a while really need updated but they are great value for money,it all depends on what you are looking for.
If you have time to be free in Thailand, better to visit there over than Hua Hin. Because still remained good natures.
beach and sun. many attractions to visit such as mountain, waterfall, island, national park, water park, night market etc.
Prachuap is a very sleepy seaside town, with little in the way of decent restaurants or shopping, however this suited me fine as I really wanted somewhere quiet to relax after being in Bangkok.
A great outing choice. We had not idea this was going to be so fun filled, relaxed and beautiful. Highly recommended!
Nothing really special. Beach is not worth it. Two days are enough to see a couple of National parks and you can leave.
Its a small town with a calm area, small buitiqes and very nice beach with lot of local restaurangs.
Prachuab's facilities are limited. One or two decent eating options, limited nightlife options. The main focus here is beach access and perhaps a certain level of developing eco-tourism.
Great fresh seafood restaurants on the beach road. The Army base area is a public beach during the day, good beach and activity with plenty of restaurants.
This is a province with a lot of place to visit as a scenic tour plan such as “Sam roi yod National park”, Klonwarn museum aquarium and much more.
This is a province with a lot of place to visit as a scenic tour plan such as “Sam Roi Yod National park”, Klonwarn museum aquarium and much more.
We like the tranquility of Pranburi. we can bike or kayak all day long. Not too much people and noise.
It's the gate to south of Thailand! There are many to travel, the beach & sea is great (just beware of strong sunshine in the day)
A traditional Thai town. Definitely not recommended for nightclub fans and those man looking for a lady for one night.
Als Urlaubsort nicht direkt zu empfehlen. Die Stadt liegt an einer langgezogenen Bucht. Die gepflasterte Uferpromenade ist sehr gut geeignet für längere Spaziergänge.
Private beach. Lots of shells and fish. The visiblity of the ocean is low due to it's a rocky beach area.
Many people knew HuaHin well but dont know Prachuabkirikhan yet. There are many nice places, not just beautiful beach.
Turned out to be the best place for me, despite no nightlife notr shopping. Ao Manao and the monkeys were unforgetable, and it's great if you fancy something quite and tourists-free, or close enough to that! I want to return and explore more!
Here you are in the middle of nowhere and this is on the positive side of the statement. A pure relaxing point with nothing from the typical thai tourism industries.
Clean city. Many nasty monkeys near the temple. Great views from the temple on the hill. Al Manao beach very clean.
If you are a traveller that prefers people, shopping, variety of restaurants and nightlife. I would recommend you to make a visit in Hua-Hin.
NIce place, if you don't want too touristic (like Hua Hin). Nice beaches and a lot of Thai visitors.
Prachuabkirikhan is quite a long province. It's a window to other southern provinces. The good places to visit are huahin, huaymonkol temple (big monk statue), many waterfalls e.
Sea Sand and sky sort of visit, sort of place, its not crowed like Pattaya, the sea is a lot cleaner however you cannot expect it to be as beautiful as somewhere down south.
It is a small fishing town so not a place to visit for excitment. There are plenty of places to visit like the Pillar shrine, the temple on the hill, the military base with all the langur monkeys etc, a few days here can be filled with sight seeing with no problems or just relax & watch the local fisherrman coming & going.
Many beaches, although they are not as beautiful as Samui, Phuket, PP island, etc, but the cost of accommodations are cheaper and not to far from BKK.
There are 3 major locations you can go to. Hua Hin, Cha- am or Kui buri I would recommend Hua Hin since it is the least quiet among the 3.
prachuap is a very large province with quite distinct areas that are up to 100km from each other so its a little hard to rate as a single places.
