"I stayed here for three nights, and there was cleaning every day, which made my stay very comfortable. There were plenty of showers and toilets, so I didn't feel inconvenienced. The lockers in the room were large enough to fit a big backpack, making them very easy to use. I used a padlock that I brought with me. They also offered a sunrise tour of Angkor Wat, and I reserved a $6 tour without a guide the day before and participated. I was able to visit several Angkor archaeological sites by tuk-tuk from early morning until around noon, which was a great experience. The shared space on the first floor was very spacious, and various events were held there weekly, including movie screenings. The cafe space had a wide variety of drinks and snacks, as well as meals, allowing me to have a very satisfying time in an open atmosphere. I'm not very good at English, but the staff were very kind and attentive, which made me feel very secure during my stay. I definitely want to use this place again when I visit Siem Reap."

The room is well-equipped and clean. The hotel's location is also excellent, very close to everything. I don't know if July is off-peak season, but anyway, the accommodation is relatively inexpensive. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. 😆"

"This is my regular accommodation during homecoming visits. The room is small, but it has all the necessary amenities, so it is sufficient. You can go to 7-Eleven and Seijo Ishii without getting wet in the rain. There is a microwave in the elevator hall on each floor. There are many restaurants around, and it's just the right distance for a morning walk to Osaka Castle. You can order Chibo okonomiyaki through room service. I haven't used it yet, but the prices are reasonable, and I would like to try it next time."

"The room is spacious, and the facilities such as the spa, restaurant, and pool are well-equipped. The building is old, but it is well maintained, clean, and the staff greet you with smiles, making it a very pleasant stay. Above all, I appreciated having a bathtub while abroad. The air conditioning also worked well. It is close to the city center and conveniently located right in front of a supermarket, making shopping and dining very convenient. Additionally, the bus stop to the airport was about a 5-minute walk away. If I had to mention one concern, it would be that the complimentary bottled water had a strange taste. I think Japanese people might find it odd. Other than that, everything was good."

"For those who want to save money, this place is definitely wonderful. Basically, the nights in Siem Reap are spent wandering around Pub Street, and the location is nearby with complete amenities. The staff is calm and you can also book tours to the Angkor ruins and Tonle Sap Lake at check-in. However, there is one concern: the shower usually has hot water, but sometimes only lukewarm water comes out. Well, just bear with it because the cost-performance is amazing. When we went, we didn’t see anyone swimming in the pool, but it is said that you can swim, so it's also an option to enjoy that. From Siem Reap Airport, take an $8 airport bus to the city center of Siem Reap. After that, you can take a tuk-tuk or Grab to the hotel. I hope this helps!"

Drinking bottled water is advisable to avoid any stomach issues, and be cautious when trying street food—opt for vendors with high turnover and a good reputation. It's also wise to keep your belongings secure and be aware of your surroundings, especially in crowded areas.

Lastly, familiarize yourself with local customs and etiquette to enhance your interactions with the friendly locals. A simple smile and greeting in Khmer, such as soursdey (hello), can go a long way in establishing rapport. Being respectful of local traditions, especially when visiting temples, is essential. Dress modestly, covering your shoulders and knees, to show respect for the cultural significance of these sacred sites.
