"We had a large bed for us this time as we had requested the front desk to reserve when we checked out for Turpan. The room though not bigger but we like it more as it has a nice sofa and some plants. The A/C do not work this time of the year, the room was warm and stuffy, the temperature just refused to lower. The hotline explained that they Urumqi is not on heating and they have allow outside air to enter. ?? They then offered to send us a cooler, and we felt much much better. As we were to leave hotel early the next day, we when to conceige to ask if we need to book a taxi. They said they can help to get a taxi in the morning and will just need to wait for 5-10 mins, I asked if taxi will be available at 07:30, they said no problem. When we are now at conceige at 07:30, the conceige said he cannot help us as he is alone and ask us to go out to the main street to get our taxi. It is cold and windy out there (the main street is far from the lobby). "
