Before I planing to KL I searched hotels near by here coz needed to meet friends. I was booked my hotel room with family room at Sun Inns Hotel. After check-in and needs rest when opened the door I really disappointed that.... Ants and flies in the room and a kinds of smells I can't take it. Lucky I walk around here and finds out this Classical Boutique hotels. Before I book the room ask staff to see rooms 1st. I had booked 2 rooms. This hotel room budget and staff friendly... Nice and clean hotel with great proximity to necessities and restaurants. It’s quiet and safe. Room is spacious and comfortable. Bathroom is clean and with decent toiletries. The lobby is huge and staffs are friendly. Worth the money!

No room cleaning every day. I wonder if need to inform them in advance. A 5 mins to 8 mins walk to food court. Staff at reception are nice.

Honestly it's really bang for the buck if you just look for a place to overnight. However this place doesn't lives up to it's "Boutique" name (duh). Also, I paid extra for room with window but what I got upon arrival is just 4 walls saying hi.

The hotel is nice from outside but not inside .. you need to clean the room .. spider webs all around .. and the bed ... I can only feel the springs and it's 100% not comfortable .. and please prepare a pipe beside the toilet .. how to wash myself ? Hope you will upgrade

The toilet haven't properly cleaned and found cockroachs and small bugs and the soup from previous guests they didn't throw, the room is so dusty and there's period blood like a old stains found on the blanket too, request for a room change but the staff told if I want to change room they will charge, imagine you have to stay overnight with all the dirty things in the room and the toilet, not recommended
