      Even though the room was small, but it's quite nice and comfortable. The facilities are quite extraordinary for a budget hotel. It's really worth the money!

      First impression pas masuk, kamarnya bau rokok :(( padahal udah pesen yg non smoking Kebersihan kamar oke, no dust at all. Keep it up. Tapi spreinya banyak noda/bercak :( Handuk juga sudah kusem meskipun bathroomnya bersih banget.. Dapet amenities juga Kamar ga kedap suara. Pagi2 agak keganggu sama orang sebelah yg riweh mau check out At all oke hotelnya

      a nice stay that were ruined”

      The location is very good very close to the mall and surrounding that serve 24hrs food. The room is small but clean and comfort. It was a nice stay until we were awakened at night around 9.30pm by hotel security officer to remove our vehicle to provide parking space for a bus. When we arrived and parked there around 4.30pm there was no security officer that guided where to park and at the reception said it was ok to park there. At first we feel comfort and trust the hotel will give a good night rest but it was ruin later on.

      If looking for an affordable stay that is centrally located, this hotel is ok. Cleanliness could be far better though. Photos on agoda didn't show my room for sure.

      Outdated and abandoned hotel”

      The smell of mold room. The faucet in the shower is not installed well. Seems like the facility is not well maintained. The good thing about this hotel is the location

      Dirty, women reception are very not friendly, Staff not makeup my room for stay 7 days, Building like jellyfish shakes everytime but no earthquake. Only Good location opposite Tunjungan Plaza 1.

      Lokasi Startegis, Harga Terjangkau”

      Cleo hotel Basuki Rahmat Surabaya lokasinya sangat strategis, di pusat kota, tepat di depan Plaza Tunjungan I. Kalau yg hobby nge-mall, hotel ini bisa menjadi pilihan tepat. Kebersihan okey, channel TV sedikit, hanya disayangkan terlalu lama menunggu waktu checkin padahal sudah jam 2 siang. Saya baru masuk kamar sekitar jam 3. Over all, semua okey.

      it's a new hotel located perfectly opposite of a very big shopping mall in the city area of Surabaya. My room was at the corner, so the traffic noise could still be heard. Room is quite small and breakfast is standard which is fair with the price per night. I am only upset that they do not provide hair dryer in the concierge.

      Value for money.”

      Location was just across the biggest shopping mall in Surabaya. Only we need to walk to the pedestrian, to just cross the road is quite dangerous. The room is small and only few rooms with window but most of it, the window was inside the bathroom. Breakfast was just local meals not so impressive. But overall the hotel was really cheap and clean.
