There was a live event at Goyang Sports Complex, and I stayed with a friend. It's close to the station, and the bus stop from the airport is nearby, making it easy to find. On the way back from Goyang Sports Complex, Line 3 wasn't too crowded, and we could return quickly in just four stations. There’s a convenience store nearby, making the location excellent! The front desk staff were very friendly. There were staff members who understood Japanese, and their explanations were thorough. They can store your suitcase before check-in, but you just leave it in the waiting area in front of the front desk. It's probably a good idea to lock your luggage just in case. However, it's placed right in front of the desk, within view of the staff, so I think it should be okay. Probably. The room felt like a leisure hotel but was spacious, which was nice. There was ample space even when opening two suitcases. There were no unpleasant smells, and it was clean. If I have the chance, I would like to use it again!
Few metro station from Goyang stadium… can’t say very close but easy to take metro. Many restaurants nearby and love the cleanness of the room during my stay. Recommend to stay if plan to concert at Goyang stadium
I stayed here because it has good access to KINTEX. When I went to the front desk intending to leave my luggage, they checked me in. The room was more than spacious enough for one person, and the bathroom was particularly large. There was also a window, and the smaller window below could be opened. They kindly assisted me even with my poor Korean. As others have mentioned in reviews, despite not putting out the cleaning sign, my room was cleaned and water was replenished, which I appreciated. (I forgot to request it because I was in a hurry to go out.) It was also close to the subway, making it conveniently located.
I stayed here because there were no available hotels close to Koyan Stadium. The nearest station was also close to the exit with elevators and escalators, making it comfortable. It was nice that I could get to Tehwa Station in one line, just four stops away. The building is somewhat old, and I was a bit concerned about the bus rules, but it seemed relatively clean. There are slippers available, but disposable ones would be even better. I made the right choice by bringing my own disposable slippers just in case they weren't provided. There was also a hairdryer and an iron, which worked well. It seems that if you're staying multiple nights, cleaning doesn't happen unless requested, but towels can be exchanged, and I was surprised to find the room entered while I was away. Due to events, nearby hotels had increased prices, but this one was still on the cheaper side, so I think it was a good deal at this price.

I would recommend this place a thousand times. The room was clean and spacious. Fridge, TV and desktop all were very good. The staff are very helpful. Beyond the limitations of language barrier, everyone in the reception always helped me. From microwaving my own food to telling us about the traffics. I regret not taking a photo with the stuff as a memento. Would absolutely personally recommend it to others. Have a great stay.
