Really nice place to stay! ”
This is a gem! I'm having a very nice time here. You can chill out and work in their Café (Wifi is superb!) The bungalows are clean, and the view is wonderful. IMPORTANT Note: You can get transparent boats, kayaks, and snorkeling gear and the next beach to try them on is just a stone throw away. You can get free water refills here as well! I would recommend this place 10/10 times and will come back with my girlfriend next time. Thank you for the excellent stay.

Unexpected treasure”
This place was so cheap we thought there would be staying a night or 2 and then upgrade. This was not to be the case by a long shot. We were able to arrange boat trips and motor bike rentals at reception and pay for everything at the end of our stay - easy! Food was delicious, both western and Thai and the prices were very reasonable. They even had a bbq on New Year’s Day for 150 Baht ! They had Glamping tents and bungalows with fabulous sunset views and a dozen motel style self contained rooms with wonderful sunrise views. Scuba classes were available at reasonable prices, but everyone could grab a snorkel and mask and swim after the beautiful reef fish (some of good size) and then relax in the funky reception/bar/restaurant with your favourite poison.

Relaxation By The Water”
Cliff Cottage was exactely what I wanted when I decided to get out of Bangkok and take a little RNR away from the city. While my cottage room was small, it was clean and had everything I needed being a solo traveler. Even if there were two of you, you'd be fine as rooms are mostly just used for sleeping. The open air restaurant right by the water is the highlight of the property and where I spent much of my time eating and working while also enjoying a cocktail during happy hour. The food was great and very reasonably priced. The staff was great, especially Mui! She was so kind and helpful and made sure every guest had a great experience during their stay. I just had to ask and she set me up to go snorkeling, rent a scooter, and book me round-trip passage on the local boat to do a half-day over to Koh Mak and back so I could meetup with a friend staying on that island. I will definitely be going back here in the future!

Little gem ”
This place is gorgeous . Hidden away in a small bay with a nice snorkel spot and views on both sides of the bay. The view from the restaurant and the small pool are a treat . The bungalows on the highest point and the gorgeous tents are fantastic for the adventurous traveller while the other bungalows with view on a small sandy beach have a more convenient location if you are not keen on hiking up . The staff is really helpfull and super nice and the food and drinks are delicious and presented beautiful. I love this place

Great Place aside from the food ”
They view is incredible. I stayed here for quiet and that’s what I got: I would stay here again but…. I wouldn’t eat here. The Thai food… terrible!!!!!! I had cashew chicken, green curry and panang curry. Totally sucked!!! But breakfast, bacon egg toast, great. Go figure. Also the deck needs work, it’s large and when one person walks on it the whole thing bounces up and down. So if you want to read or relax it’s disturbing.

I would like this gem to remain hidden but since the staff, atmosphere, food, cocktails, snorkeling and the glamping tents were all fantastic, I can only praise and recommend this paradise :)

Great location, amazing staff, beautiful space”
I had to return for a second time to the Cliff Cottage. The whole staff is amazing, the location is convenient and you can rent motorbikes to easily get around the southern part of the island. It was a stormy trip this time, but I hope to return soon to get more time in the water.

Such a hidden gem of Koh Chang. It located at Bangbao but not too far to went there. ”
It located a quite far away from peir but be abe to drive or ride a motorbike by yourself to there. Spectacular sea view from restaurant, nice to lay down and read some favourite book to fulfil your soul with the wind and beach sound. Activities equipments are available to billowing for free such as l fishing set, kayak boat, snorkeling stuff. Staffs were very nice, smile welcome and you can talk with them anythings you need. Food at restaurant was a good tast. There are both Thai and western cuisine. (There's no breakfast service) food and beverage's cost not too expensive. Last but not least, you will love this place due to you are CATs lovers. There are 15 cats walking around and greeting you.

Sorry to read that you did not like our place, I hope you let the staff in reception know your concerns, they could have changed your blankets. The price for our rooms is cheap, similar to a homestay indeed. I am quite sure that we offer a very low price for the quality of the room. But indeed we do not claim to be a fancy resort, more of a very cozy eco resort. Still, I hope you enjoyed your holiday on Koh Chang.
Secluded space away from the main hub”
I stayed in cliff cottage over the songkran period. It is connected with BB divers which I didn't know. The staff were friendly and helpful. The menu had a wide range of vegan Thai options which are budget friendly. The room is fairly basic with a bed, bathroom and fridge. Towels are provided along with shower gel and shampoo. The only negative aspect for me was the other guests smoking. I'd requested a non smoking room and yet the neighbours I had smoked excessively which came into my room. Smoking is also allowed in the cosy restaurant which was off-putting at dinner. If you're on a budget and can ride a scooter this place is probably perfect for you.

La vue depuis le restaurant est magnifique. Les bungalows sont à rafraîchir, le confort y est minimum mais la vue est belle. La salle de bain a besoin d’un update. Le cottage se trouve sur un spot de snorkeling. Restaurant est ok sans plus. Mais le rapport qualité / prix y est bon.

Man hat Zugang zu einem Sandstrand und einer von Steinen gesäumten Bucht. Schnorcheln, Kayak, Radfahren, Scooter fahren, tauchen, Sonnenuntergänge, Musik in der Bar. Man kann hier vielfältige Dinge tun. Es ist sehr ruhig-kein Verkehr.
