Lovely pool, good rooms. But.......”

It is in the middle of town up a hill. Once there it has pretty gardens. Rooms large. As usual in Okinawa sunken bath & shower inside (info for those with mobility issue). Beautiful pool which looks over the city. industrial view but you can see the sea and mountains in distance. Excellent breakfast. Links to another hotel at bottom of hill. On a hill but easy to get staff to collect us in trolley cart. Two large tortoises in small enclosure which I did not see fed during our two day stay. 😟 both pacing. Staff very helpful, speak little English but then I should speak Japanese. We all got by no problems. Would I go again.. no.

Nice Staff, Good Environment, Nice Breakfast”

It was nice spending 3 nights in Coco Garden. The location of the resort is good for you who drives in Okinawa. I do not see any public transport that can reach the resort. Staff are nice and helpful. The room is spacious and comfortable, though I think it needs some repair to the wall. Also there seem no restaurant opens at night nearby, but only a Lawson and a MacDonald which are still reachable if you have a car. Their car park is always full. Do not hesitate to ask the staff to help you if you find it parks full. Overall, they are worth the money spent.

The staffs are kind percectely. It's very convenient to move to Renaissance hotel and to enjoy the FREE sea activities . It was a perfect experience to me and my family. I'll visit COCO Garden every years.

Quiet and easy to get around from with both car or shuttle”

Relaxing place to stay at. Only thing that for cons, when traveling with children, restaurant is closed between meal times.

Too many flying bugs around. Around the room outside and the swimming pool. Thr swimmih pool is too deep, not good for kids. The water is dirty.

Um pouco distante da praia mas o convênio com o Hotel resort Renassence possibilita a ultilizacao de suas instalações bem como a praia privada e piscina, estacionamento ( inclusive ônibus para transporte) muito bom tudo!

この時期に沖縄に行く事をとても迷いましたが観光などせずにホテルで快適に過ごしてゆっくり出来ればいいかなと考えてこちらのホテルをチョイスしました。 こちらのホテルは静かでライブラリーでゆっくり本を読みながら珈琲などフリードリンクがいただけます。 3泊すればクラブココの特典を受けられるので朝食はもちろんのこと美味しい中華のランチやアフタヌーンティー、夜泣きスイーツのサービスが受けられます。また、ホテルでは様々なクラフト教室やヨガなどのクラスがあり滞在中は3回参加出来ました。私たちは貝殻風鈴とジェルキャンドルを作るクラスに参加してアフタヌーンティー(珈琲、または紅茶と小豆抹茶プリン)をいただきながら楽しく過ごせました。 系列ホテルの施設も使えるので毎日大浴場に通って帰りにラウンジでフリーのフルーツジュースを飲んでました。 プールも行けば良かったと後悔。 朝食はどちらのホテルでもいただきましたがルネッサンスは子供連れが多く騒がしかったし、ココガーデンの朝食の方が好みでした。何より静かで落ち着いて過ごせました。 沖縄に来たいけど出歩くのは怖いという方はホテルライフを満喫できるこちらのホテルはおすすめ出来ます。スタッフも親切。部屋もアップグレードしていただき広々として清潔でした。いろいろなサービスで常にお腹がいっぱいで夕食の中華食べ放題を楽しみにしていたのですが食べられませんでした。。ランドリーも無料で洗剤等揃ってます。至れり尽くせりで母も大満足でまた行きたいと申しておりました。本当にありがとうございました。 ひとつ、欲張りですがベランダ側にサンダルがあるとガーデンを抜けてレストランに行くのに便利です。 因みに帰宅翌々日に一応抗原検査を受けたのですがまったく問題なし！滞在中も食べすぎてお腹が痛くなった以外は元気に過ごしてましたよ。 とにかく行って良かった‼︎また行きたいです笑

今回初めて利用させていただきました。 施設はとても綺麗で快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 偶然うるま市での花火があがり、子供もとても喜んでいました。 ライブラリーのカフェコーナーに珈琲があったらより快適に過ごせたと思いますので改善してほしいです。
