Exceptional”
The location is perfect, it’s in the very heart of Hondae but the hostel itself is very quiet and clean. I totally felt safe and at home there. There is a rooftop with a nice view and all the facilities you need as well. But the most important thing - the staff is amazing! The biggest thanks to Bobby who was ready to help with anything I asked him (what an annoying guest I am haha). Your kindness can’t be appreciated enough!

nice and safe place to stay”
Was initially difficult to find with google maps and naver maps but once you've found it, its actually a very convenient place to live in hongdae. its near the shopping street of hong dae but not noisy at night. heating in the room is very good. It can be a bit dark and scary to walk alone back to the place at night or early morning but i think korea is generally a safe country so its not a problem i didnt actually get breakfast in the morning but it could also be because i had early schedule and am usually out early

Cozy, clean and central”
It was really clean, Bobby was always cleaning. They do have breakfast of jam and toast only but it’s a nice add on. Location is in the shopping area of Hongdae, near the playground. The only thing I don’t like is the narrow stairs, it’s hard to come down with a heavy luggage, the risk of falling is high.

Considering the price is cheap and location is really good. I would rate it five stars out of ten. But overall , it is not a very pleasant stay and need improvement. Problems came across: 1. Cannot check in right away Arrived the guest house at 9pm but no one in the reception helping us with check in. Waited one hour until the owner come back.( We already informed the owner of when we will be arriving when booking the accommodation) 2. The fridge is not available 24 hours The kitchen is closed from 11pm to 7am somedays when the male owner sleeps over in the kitchen. Inconvenient for us when we try to put kimchi / drinks in the fridge at night. 3. The room( twin bed room) is not smelling good Tried to open the windows for better ventilation but the owner shut the windows for us. 4. The facility especially the shower room and toilet were old but clean . The shower drain is clogged.

The place not really easy to find actually if u are 1st time go. So, we waste lot of time to find it and finally ask for local people phone call the guesthouse and ask . I have request extra blankets because feel cool not enough warm when sleep time .but I didn’t get it at the end even he have promised. Again,the blanket prepared just a simple quilt, not suitable for air-conditioned rooms. it can be low budget for stay but not really comfortable.

Best guesthouse in Hongdae for solo travelers”
I've stayed at a couple of guesthouses in Hongdae and Hapjeong, but this was the best by far. James was super friendly and invited me to lunch with some of the other people staying at the guesthouse, and I ended up going out to sightsee after lunch with the other guests, and then again the day after. There's a lot of parts of Korea that are much more fun when you go with other people, so as a solo traveler, it was great to meet people that I could enjoy the country with - and I still keep in touch with them all! It really felt more like cozy sleepover at a friend's house, instead of an impersonal hostel stay. I had a single room with a bunkbed, which I highly recommend - there was a sink in the room, which was nifty. And even though Come Inn is right in the middle of Hongdae (really, it's only like 1 minute walk to bars/restaurants/etc), it's on one of the quieter side streets, so I had no problems falling asleep, either. All in all it was a great experience , 10/10, and I can't recommend it highly enough - I'm definitely going to stay here whenever I come to Hongdae!!

Home away from home! ”
I only experienced two "flaws" during my whole stay: 1. I really had a hard time locating it especially it was raining and I was pushing my very heavy luggage and I was alone. I had to ask a Store Staff and the Hongdae Tourist Information Desk but still wasn't able to locate it. Eventually I just followed my own instincts and it brought me to it. Remember: Enter the road opposite of the park where students perform (where you can see most of the cheap shops selling clothes), turn left before Etude House and then turn left again before the Korean Dessert Cafe. It's in front of the Taco place where a number of Koreans hang out. Usually it's packed. The hostel is above a cafe. Good luck!! LOL 2. The stairs!!! Huhuhu the hostel didn't have a lift so I had to carry my luggage up to the 3rd floor. -- THAT'S ALL -- INTERACTION WITH STAFF AND FELLOW GUESTS: My whole stay in this hostel was superb!!! I had the opportunity to interact with my fellow guests, they're now my friends in real life! Haha. During my first night, James invited us for dinner and we had the yummy KBBQ! At first I was skeptical since it's my first time checking in a hostel but then I warmed up around them. Everyone was very friendly and cheerful. LOCATION: Right in the center of Hongdae nightlife, restaurants streets, and shopping alleys. But still undeniably quiet at night. I don't know how but I'm impressed! CLEANLINESS AND COMFORT: I booked one bed in a 4 all female dormitory and it was okay for me. Worth the money. Just the ventilation sometimes was so hot because one of my roomies preferred to turn off the airconditioner since it was directly above her head. But still, give-and-take since we were sharing the room. There was more than enough toilet and shower for everybody. I mostly woke up early to make sure I wouldn't interrupt anyone's schedule since I really take time bathing. When booking, you have to consider that it's a hostel. Home away from home”
This place has been my home for 7 days. It is located around Hongdae and near Hongik University. The guesthouse is so accessible to fashion shops, café, pubs, art markets and many more. The guesthouse is very clean and the bunk beds are spacious. James and Bobby were very accommodating and always helpful. Definitely will recommend and stay here again on my next trip to Seoul.

Budget guesthouse five star service”
I had wonderful experience during my stay and even before my stay in this guesthouse. Both of the person in-charged, Bobby and James are very helpful and friendly. Bobby answered all my questions and assisted me in solving some transportation issues. James was patient in explaining to me all my questions for destinations that I planned to go and visit. They tried their best to fulfill my special requests during my stay. The location of this guesthouse is strategic, about 5-10 minutes walk from the nearest subway. Nearby the guesthouse got many restaurants, convenient stores and shopping outlets. The room was clean and neat. All of the basic things needed were provided including simple breakfast, shampoo and body shampoo. I will definitely choose to stay in this guesthouse again if I visit to Seoul. I strongly recommend others to stay in Come Inn guesthouse.

Best Hostel in seoul”
This is the best hostel I've stayed at in Seoul. Bobby and the staff speak great English and were friendly and accomodating. It could not be in a better location. It's right in the heart of Hongdae. I was travelling alone and every night I stepped out of the hostel, I immediately met people to hang out with all night. Bars, clubs, restaurants and shopping are everywhere you look. Despite the constant party atmosphere outside and the hostel being full, it was a quiet, calm respite from the excitement right oupside on the street. I highly recommend this hostel. Amazing price. Great location. Awesome staff.

The Best Hostel in Seoul”
1.Convenient Location I really enjoy staying in Come Inn. The location in Hongdae is very convenient, only requires 5 mins walk to the train station. It is behind the main street of Hongdae. Once you go out there are popular shops, restaurants, the best pubs and bars in town around you. 2.Quiet Meanwhile, I was surprised that the hostel is very quiet, I slept very well. 3. Helpful and Nice Host Also, the host - Billy is the nicest host I have ever met! He is very helpful and willing to help. They would email you a detail transportation information and other directions for you to reach the hostel. He has even shown me around:D 4. Clean and Warm Toilet , Rooms, Bed, Bathroom, Common Room all the areas are clean and warm. Every person I met in the hostel love there. It has more you need for a hostel , BOOK it NOW!

I had a great time staying at Come Inn guesthouse. The price is cheaper compared to the other guesthouses that I found in the internet and the staff is great. Bobby and the other guests are friendly and helpful. The location is also strategic, there are lots of restaurants, cafe, and other stores around. So you won't need to go faraway just to get the items that you need. I will definitely be back here next time I visit Seoul

Perfect hostel for a solo female traveler ”
This hostel is conveniently located in the center of Hongdae. It's highly accessible to all the shops, restaurants, night clubs and public transport (about 2 mins to bus stop and 10 mins walk to subway station). Yet it is surprisingly quiet at night (I stayed in the 4 people dorm, though another girl who stayed in the 8-ppl dorm said she heard the noise of party until 4am). And its cleanliness is another plus: I have a little bit mysophobia but this hostel definitely meets my high requirement of hygiene. The owner speaks English and is very helpful. For sure I will come back to this hostel if I visit Seoul again.

I had a great time at Come Inn Guesthouse. The staff is very diligent and friendly, the area is great for nightlife and meeting new people, the location is ideal for sightseeing and going to the public transportation areas quickly, and the over all experience was great! Whenever I am in Seoul I stay at this hostel! The price is perfect too. Best bang for your buck in my opinion.
