Christmas Staycation ”
We stayed at the Conrad for 2 nights over Christmas. Checking in was quick and the staff was efficient and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the views from our room was amazing. We enjoyed a nice Christmas dinner at the Garden Café. The dinner buffet was lovely and there was a lot to choose from. The hotel`s facilities are great, with a fully functional gym and a heated swimming pool for those who want to swim in the heart of the winter. The hotel is centrally located and close to shops, parks, and the Zoological gardens. My only complaint will be the TV. Not much to choose from, 3 movie channels with the rest just news feeds. But our stay was lovely and very enjoyable.

Extremely pleasant, helpful and thoughtful staff from entire Conrad Hotel team from reception to restaurants, concierge, health club and house keeping. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped with very nice open views. The location is extremely convenient for public transport and to the central business district. Easy walking distance to everywhere including a variety of eateries, shops and supermarkets.

Great location, view and service”
I took a room with the harbour view (it’s worth the extra money spent to get a high floor with the water view). The room was spacious and well looked after. The location of the Conrad is excellent, you are right above Pacific Place which has a huge variety of shops and a few eateries. The Admiralty MTR is a short walk underground and from there, it’s easy to travel around HK.

Conrad 2-night/3-day staycation review”
Had a very good visit. Dinner at Nicholini's was superb. And the barman in the Pacific Bar is very good - he mixed the best whiskey sour I've ever had, and explained that it is also his drink of choice! Breakfast was good and service fairly quick. The only let-down was the Lobby Lounge bar - they did a good martini but the whiskey sour was below average. Nevertheless an overall score of 5 out of 5! Richard Allen

It was my first time to check in at the Conrad Hotel. I arrived at around 11:00am, but for some reason, I was told my check in time would be at 3:00pm. I had specified through Agoda that I would be arriving at around 11am. To be fair, I also didn't think of emailing after payment was deducted from my card. So, I felt a bit disappointed initially. But a nice lady stepped in to immediately attend to my concerns about time arrangement and the next thing I knew, my room was already being prepared. And they did it with much finesse. When I reached my room on the 57th floor, I got a jaw-dropping, unobstructed view of Victoria harbour. I loved everything about my room from my comfy and cosy bed to my big bathroom (plus the free rubber duckie). Also, don't look around for physical menus because you'll find all the information you'll need on TV. So plus points for minimizing paper use. I also tried their in-room dining service and loved it! Will definitely come back.

Very convenient location. Facility is clean and very thoughtful to provide mask and sanitizer when check-in. There is still room for improvement on daily room cleaning service as it all depends on which staff does the room cleaning. In general it is still good. Staff are all very professional and friendly.

Comfort With A Personal Touch ”
Flew into Hong Kong for an overnight business trip. Despite the late arrival at 8:45PM, I requested for a late checkout, which the front desk team extended the time from Noon to 3:00PM. Later, at 9:15PM, front desk staff was able to meet my request for a shoe shine to my dress shoes with a 1 hour turnaround. I needed a pair of scissors and front desk directed my request at 10:30PM to housekeeping, who subsequently delivered them to my room in 5 mins. The signature teddy bear and rubber duckie are both welcome sights.

Patient front desk staff. welcoming bell desk, concierge staff too Room was nice and cosy. Location was average depending on what you have in mind. Its linked to a big lux mall. But if you looking for a late-night supper or a simple provision shop, you got to walk a good 10-15 mins. Not withholding the long steep slope you have to climb. But overall, if you do have a purpose to be staying in this area, its very value for $ when you look at Shang which is just next door. :P

Quality hotel with large rooms though a little dated (single plug socket on desk). My room was island facing and very quiet. Connects directly into Pacific Place for high-end shopping, supermarket and multiple transport options.
