I've stayed in numerous hotels over the years and I think I can honestly say that this hotel is the best hotel I've stayed at. The room were very nice, spacious, clean. You'd think you're staying at somewhere more expensive. The staff were lovely. The breakfast were nice. 5* in my opinion.

Great hotel ”
We enjoy the Salford Quays area so this hotel is ideal. Quickly nip into the city via metro link. Lovely comfortable beds. Slight problem with room service but easily resolved by the great front of house staff. Have stopped here a few times now.

Stayed one night for our Harry Styles concert and we were instantly greeted with friendly staff who were so kind and helpful. The room was perfect and the beds were the comfiest we've ever had. Thank you Manchester for being so welcoming to two Brummies in an unfamiliar city!

Stayed at the Copthorne with my oldest son as we had tickets for the football, great location, friendly staff, very clean, paid to have breakfast included which was very nice and a good selection, all in all good value and will definitely stay again

Although the hotel has great possibilities very clean, lovely staff, great position, it in great need of an update modernisation ie decoration to rooms and main areas, Bar area very unwelcoming a need of soft furnishing maybe. But overal would very happy to return.

The hotel is very nice and the facilities are as you would expect. I was not happy about having to pay to park in the grounds as I would expect that to be free. I was also not aware of this prior to my stay

The room good size, the room furnishings were in need of replacing, the wood veneer on table and bedside units worn/split worn furnishing throughout the room. The room was looking a bit dated. The bed clean and comfortable. No safe in room.
