Decent little hotel located off the shopping centre, I was lucky with my room as it was on the top (4th) floor and was facing the mountain with the temple at the top, so I literally woke up to amazing views every morning. Loads of young foreign travellers staying there so you could socialise quite a bit if you like. Food places are all nearby (though you will pay shopping mall prices) nice vegan and vegetarian places close by. Rooms were cleaned daily and there wasn’t much to complain about, only 2 things (which in reality ain’t too bad tbf): 1. The soap dispenser for the shower wasn’t working properly 2. Most times the front of house (reception staff also working as cafe staff) felt under staffed and waiting times were quite long just for a coffee or a quick enquiry at the front desk. That being said the staff weee not to blame they just needed a few more staff at the front and dedicated individual reception and cafe staff would be ideal. Good facilities, rooftop pool and laundry room and cctv throughout the hotel so you can leave your washing in the machine and go away without the fear of stuff being stolen. Overall great location and decent hotel. I’d say it was a nice travel lodge/premier inn if you were comparing to other hotels. I would stay again especially if solo travelling.

Great location. The hotel has several buildings so getting in and out sometimes can be a bit exhausting. Small rooms, very clean, windows don’t open, many solo travelers, a pool (which I didn’t like that much co the chilling area is kinda indoor). If you’re only looking for a place to sleep and meet new ppl, take it. If you look for somewhere to spend your time in, you might wonna pick somewhere else

Really glad I choose this hotel. Super convenient location, especially walking to the mall next door to dine at the many restaurants. One suggestion for the hotel management: consider investing in water filter stations and provide water to guests in glass bottles. The small individual plastic bottles you give to guests every day are terrible for the environment. Many hotel establishments in Thailand are doing this and it was surprising this hip hotel hasn't embraced being more green.

The hotel was the perfect location, a quick walk from the beach, next to a large shopping mall full of restaurants shops and bars. If that’s not for you than it’s only a 5-10 minute walk each way to more bars, local restaurants and beach clubs! I cant fault the location and all of the local trips etc pick up from there. The staff were all kind and helpful and helped us book our transfer to the pier upon checking out for a great price. The room was big and modern however not the cleanest we have stayed in and the beach towels weren’t in the best condition, but as we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room and had our own towels for the beach, it didn’t bother us too much and was okay. The only other noticeable thing was the smell, it’s quite strong and musty when you first enter the room but it goes away once the air con gets going! The air con is great, and the TV has a YouTube function so that you can watch anything which was great as there was a lack of international channels which is expected. There’s a fridge in the room and housekeeping always leave 2 bottles of water each day, even if your room isn’t being cleaned (they leave them outside) which we loved, and thought was a lovely touch! The hotel has a small cafe in reception that does good food at a reasonable price if you’re looking for something quick and easy, and they had a great selection of snacks to buy. The wifi was great and worked really quickly. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay at COSI, and would deffo recommend.

“Mosquito killer devices”
Dear COSI Hotel Team, I would like to kindly share some feedback from my stay: 1. There are many mosquitoes in the room corridors, and I experienced multiple bites. Since mosquitoes can transmit diseases, I recommend placing mosquito repellents or other preventive measures in these areas. 2. The rooms do not provide paper towels or a water heater/kettle, which are very useful for making tea, coffee, or heating water for babies. Adding these would make the stay more comfortable. 3. There are no Arabic TV channels available. Providing some Arabic channels would be highly appreciated by Middle Eastern guests.
