Very well managed service I have ever known. Room is super clean and staff even did room make up twice and totally made us surprised with "Good night" leaf. I love everything bout this hotel. My room at 104 is so beautiful and love the set up of it. My view is wonderful. Resturant menu is excellent and yummy. Special mention to the front manager Mr Kirill who helped us arranged our transfer and changed our flight due to storm. 5star service

Nice resort with good services”
Crown Retreat is located at a beautiful beach and suitable for those who do not like the noise of the city. Although we stayed there at a quiet period due to Covid 19 but they still provided us good services, more than what I expected.

Hotel is by a beautiful beach. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food from restaurant is decent. Here are things that hotel can improve on: 1. Put another layer of roofing (may be wood) to minimize the droppings and better insulation from heat. 2. Prohibit karaoke on premise. People pay a lot of money to stay at the secluded resort, last thing they want is to hear loud and awful singing. 3. Redesign shower door so water does not flow out from shower.

Peaceful and great for beach lover ”
It’s a great venue with wonderful ground and private beach and access to a small town for escape from hotel-ing. The place is lovely and the food was good. I wish they have a spa and gym so guests can relax and spend more time at this gorgeous venue.

Lovely pool with private beach- very quiet and relaxing”
I came here with my father and spent 3 days here. The resort itself was very well maintained and looked great. The rooms were spacious and clean and the bed was really comfortable. The pool was just lovely- perfect temperature and with a view of the ocean. Loved swimming here. We hardly saw any other guests and it was as if we had the resort to ourselves. Things the resort still needs to work on: -level of English of staff. It would have been nice if staff could have answered simple questions about the area, the hotel, their backgrounds etc. but it was VERY difficult to make conversation beyond the drinks or food order. They were polite, but that was it. -It would have been nice to have a pool bar with a bartender that speaks English and can entertain. The pool bar was empty every evening and we never saw any guests there. Maybe introduce happy hour or some kind of entertainment for guests.

This resort is beautifully kept, and the location might be the best in Quy Nhon, having the hills behind and the slight rocky cove to the left looking out to sea. For sunrise it made the best view. The only thing maybe that the restaurant was not close to being 5 star standard and therefore slightly over priced. which was apparent from no one eating there at dinner time. Also a lack of activities on the resort, but being close to other attractions in a plus. All in all a very nice stay.

Food and music”
The music at the swimming pool area makes you want eliminate yourself. The same 6 songs are played over and over and over to the point that you no longer want to live. I spoke with the manager about this and he said he would fix it but as you can see by my complaint he did not. Eating breakfast here is like rabbit food. You get one plate of food and it's not that much. As i speak to you on this ridiculous review form the same 6 songs are playing by the pool so not only do I have to hear it at the pool now I hear it at breakfast. The dinner selection is ok. The food is very delicious.

Great plave to get away from it all”
We stayed in a beachside bungalow and was really nice, we literally had the whole beach to ourselves. Nice swimming pool too and the staff were really helpful. Breakfast caters more for the Asian tourist but there was enough choice to satisfy a westerner too. The only downside is the location as it's pretty isolated as there isn't much in the local area. But, if you want a few days of peace and quiet to relax then I would definitely recommend it.

A very nice resort with wonderful views of the oceans. I wish the food were better. The quality of foods ag local restaurants was way better. I’ve been to several resorts in Danang and Hoi An and quality of foods were nicer. You might want to rent a car to go to restaurants and the city.

Nice Resort, best beach at Quy Nhon”
Located at Trung Luong Beach - Quy nhon but i think the best beach. Crown Retreat is new, i think start operation at 2018 so facility all new condition. General design of Reception, restaurant and other facilities is good. If the toilet of bungalow have small window for natural sun light & wind will be much better.
