I booked the King deluxe room, which doesn’t seem to be “deluxe” at all, mini bar is expensive and not worth the money at all, will not be returning to this over priced “pay for the name” hotel

Be careful : Credit card fraud twice in a row !”

Twice in a row the hotel debited our credit card for a very important and totally undue amount. We were very very lucky to see this But this was a fraud. From the hotel or an employee. In any case be very very careful. If you become the victim the value for money becomes horrible

Dissapointing”

A mix up in the date of my reservation cost me 238 euros extra for 2 nights!! I called your CS instead of amending the date i had to cancel my old reservation (which was still due in 7 days) without getting a refund, and create a brand new booking. Ridiculous!!

There is one thing that separated this crown plaza from any other and such like hotels, the staff, they were friendly, helpful and impeccably turning out and polite... and like to thank them for helping us have a perfect weekend break

Good Location ”

We have a pleasure stay for 4 days , room was great ,nice river view .Breakfast is top class ,varies choices ,an only issue we feel strange is this hotel have no gym. Overall still the best choice for Maastricht.

OK comfortable hotel”

The Crowne Plaza is a typical business hotel. I found it convenient, pleasent and clean, but also quite anonymous. Easy 15 minute walk from the station. I do not like that you have to pay for WIFI. Lunch was quite good, did not try the breakfast because it is cheaper at 'Coffee Lovers' acrosss the square. Coukd stay again because of the goos location.

An amazing three day stay which we extended. ”

We had a very comfortable three night stay and when we wanted to extend it, this was done at the same price. No complaints. The hotel is quite large and gives a sense of space. Being right next to the river adds to the charm of the hotel. The view overlooking the two bridges is awesome.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel since the room was much nicer than in the picture, not sure whether all rooms are like this. Expensive for breakfast and wifi, bot not used. Good location to explore beautiful city.

Alte Einrichtung, Bad sehr abgenutzt und nicht so sauber, viel zu teuer für diesen Zustand

Ideale Lage ”

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit idealer Lage. Personal super freundlich... können nichts für den Zustand der Zimmer! Betten und Wäsche super sauber !!!!! Bäder alt ... Fenster undicht, dreckig , Heizung in manchen Zimmern defekt. Sicht auf den Fluss und die Stadt gleichen die Mängel wieder aus. Frühstück sehr gut!
