Sooo clean! No smoking smell, in fact its prohibited to smoke - the most credited part. Well done de chukai! the only hotel that u can have smoke free room. and, definitely awesome coffee aroma from the registration counter. Friendly and helpful staff- they even sent iron right to your room, and definitely coffee that you purchased too

Some good points : the room price was reasonably cheap, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean , the aircond was functioning well, love the free coffee from the reception., They also sell tidbits and basic toiletries,however, not so suitable for old people and for people with knee problem since there's no lift, and no nearby restaurants or food courts, except for 2 small gerai selling morning rice but you need to cross a super bz 'highways' if you're thinking of walking.. anyway, highly recommended for those who are looking for nice and clean budget hotel..

Everything great, but abit far from kemaman town. If you don have transport to travel along then not recommend. Others all very great. Only the room at second floor with stairs, not very suitable for family with old people.

Very Friendly Staff, Valuable for money but 3 issue have to solve , except from that other is great.”
The reception staff is very friendly and nice, even we check in a bit late, they attitude are consider as professional at all. The hotel and room is very clean and neat. But unfortunately, there are 3 issue there with cleanness of bathroom and the plug inside the room. In the bathroom, there is a weird smell when i open the door and but luckily the smell gone after i done my shower and the plug issue is the plug is quite far away from the bed, even i have to get up to unplug my phone charger, its quite not convenient. Last one is about the pillow, its quite hard at all, not comfortable and feel neck pain after wake up. Hopefully management can improve and solve the issue for more better experience, other r all good.

Have basic necessities. Cannot expect more than it compared to a high-end hotel. But, it is comfortable. What I like is they have these double windows which able to lower the noise from roadsides.
