The bedsheets are clean, hotel and room are clean with well design. Just that our room in the middle(209) maybe because of no window, it’s a bit wet especially the washroom, though it’s clean. Staff are super friendly and helpful. There’s nice bakery and cafe beside Very good location

The hotel staffs is friendly. The room is clean & tidy. Many restaurants, desserts around the hotel for you to choose to dine in. Just that the nearby have pub, during night time, will heard loud music. Overall it's a good for me as solo traveler.

Area of the rooms are depends. Some are quite small while some have more space enough for Muslim to pray. Everything is clean. From bed, floor to toilet. They have Coway too, so we can refill or take a hot water at level 1. Their staff are friendly. From the counter and the housekeeper. They greet us and treat us friendly. It feels so comfortable to stay there and i must repeat to spend the night at there. I would like to suggest for you to open another branch of de house sibu at metrocity kuching. The location is strategic and quite similiar to location at sibu. They need another de house at metrocity kuching. Thank you for your great hospitality.

Great and comfy place!”
Stayed here for a night before my flight to KK. Loved the simple but comfortable furnishings, located conveniently in up and coming part of Sibu with eateries within walking distance. Mornings are a bit lonelier though. Also parking may be a bit inconvenient so heads up on that.

The location of this hotel is just perfect, and they have a cafe located just next to/behind the hotel which opens as early as 7am, serving good breakfast and coffee! Fell in love with the ambience at the cafe.

The place is really a good place to stay. First of all, it us located in the town district near the shops. For me as a solo traveller it’s a good thing. I could just buy the things I need at the nearby store. The staffs are also friendly the greet people warmly. When we talk about cleanliness the hotel is much clean and tidy.

Always choose here when come to Sibu..best location not far from city and comfortable room to rest… One comment for my suggestion- install soundproofing system or put carpet bcuz late night being disturbed by sound of people walk and, next room water pipe sound, people talking outside Overall satisfaction- 5 star

Comfy room for 3! ”
I came with my friends. 3 of us. Staying at a room with 1 queen bed n 1 single bed. Room is spacious enough for you to pray (muslim). Provided with clean towels and set of toothbrush. Only downside is, tv channels provided are only local channel. Im not sure why but the internet is weaker here (celcom) at level 3 n the wifi is very weak. I don’t use the wifi here. Apart from that, all in all the hotel is comfy, very near to town, can get food easily n near to the waterfront where you can go jogging/walking at anytime. The only problem is parking because there are many restaurants n another hotel nearby too.

A very GOOD hotel to recomend ! ”
Except though a little thing to bother but It will give the best stay with the better taste of complimentary instant coffe changed. As it s not a GOOD taste of coffee n it hardened cos not well kept. I would suggest a simple sachet of instant nescafe for an early aroma! That will give us a nice day ahead. Tqvm. I always trust Agoda deals!
