Clean and comfortable”
Close to the main road (and yet slightly set back from it, which means that there is no nuisance from the traffic), a few kilometers away from the lake (a negative for those who seek a place close to it), Dee hotel was in-line with our expectations for our overnight stay. Our room was clean and quite spacious; breakfast was OK (we did not like the cold fried eggs in the morning though). A good choice on the way to Chiang Mai!

Very new, comfortable and clean hotel”
Despite the water shortage experienced in the whole city during 2 days, everything else was fine. The staffs were very helpful The food was in great amount and delicious! The rice was of high quality There were 3 weaks points I want to mention: 1. Not enough reserve tank water during abrupt water shortage 2. No reinforcement of strict mask wearing in the elevator and premises 3. The room was not ready to check in even by 3 pm

Dee hotel is the best for travellers that coming in Phayao. It has good facilities and services. You can reserve directly or by application such as Agoda with lower prices. Hope you satisfy it!

Good: Good communication, friendly staffs, good disinfection, large spacious room, air conditioning works well Need improvement: food not delicious as before, food not for children, too many ants in the room and in the sofa cushion. Ants in the bathroom hides in your pajamas.

Good Hotel if you have a car”
Dee Hotel is fine. It is about 7 kilometres from Kwan Phayao so you do need a car to get about. I am surprised the restaurant only caters for breakfasts. Reception staff don't have much idea about local services I.e. Laundry. Little English spoken so brush up on your pasar Thai. Nice and clean but basically it's just a comfortable bedroom.

Ok but only for a stop-over”
This hotel was not our first choice (the other hotels we have stayed at in Phayao were booked solid)...we settled with Dee Hotel because we had no other choice. The hotel is new and the room was ok however the amenities in the room and the staff were subpar. When i say amenities are subpar, I mean that the bathroom didn't even have proper toilet paper, only small squares of tissue like paper. When i say staff were subpar, I mean that they had no idea how to do their jobs. Furthermore, the first night we were there there was no water in the entire hotel. Luckily we were only there for 2 nights and mainly spent time with family.
