Great stay ”
We stayed here with extended family. 2 sets if grown ups and 7 children split between 5 rooms. The location was perfect for us as we wanted our kids to be able to explore Khaosan and surrounding streets on their own at night. Plus in walking distance to the pier for boat rides, khlong tours and the palace. So much food and drink options nearby. A great bakery at the bottom of the road and turn right. Staff are excellent, great English and very helpful. There is an ATM outside, massage place next door and pool on the roof. Free water and tea and coffee in the room. The most comfortable beds we had in Thailand. Overall - great value for money and would return! Would only be improved if there was a restaurant on site with free breakfast, to set our kids up for the day :)

I would like to recommend each and everyone to stay at Dewan Bangkok at Khaosan road . 1)location wise this is situated in one of the busy areas in Bangkok .Khaosan road is famous for food shops and street food in Bangkok .the shops are just beneath the hotel .there is a chain of massage centres which a Are one of the main attractions in Bangkok 2)the rooms are quite well maintained.I have found this hotel architecture is influenced by Middle Eastern design .the furnitures are vintage and bed is comfortable. The rooms are slightly small but as you are a traveller you don’t need to spend so much of time in the hotel room . 3)the rooftop is mainly the swimming pool area.the pool is small but well maintained .but the amount of chlorine was bit high so couldn’t able to spend much time in the pool .the hotel is kid friendly and worth of money .

Dewan Bangkok - Unique place to calm down ”
Im traveling Thailand since six years and also stay since six years @dewan, when I head to Bangkok. I just love the clean orient style and the stuff is so supportive! The rooms are big, light and always very clean. This hotel is very central and quiet but close to everything you want to visit and just 8min walk to the great chao prajaa River. You will find a great local market, unique bars and food places near by if your not a „Kaosan Road“ Tourist. The pool on the roof is a great spot to relax and catch some sunny times before exploring big city life. A vegan breakfast place is 2min away. Highly recommended! Looking forward to come back to Dewan!

Perfect for solo travel at a hotel”
Great location as it’s only a block away from khaosan road. AMAZING STAFF, super helpful and kind which made my stay more enjoyable since I was traveling alone. Super clean room - for breakfast I’d recommend walking over to Duklong cafe and eat. Cons: I found the walls to be too thin so I could hear everything in the room beside me. I could hear snoring and babies crying more than outside noise.

Have stayed here many times and it’s still my favorite. The rooftop pool is great to cool down! The location is the best, close to amazing food and if you want to party you just walk a few streets over. Love this place!!!

Great location: 7-11 directly across the street, 100 feet from the street junction with dozens of street food vendors every night, 2 blocks from one of the most vibrant night market / bar scene in the area. Not close to any subway station, but better than that, because it is 5 blocks from the ferry, close to 10 minutes walk, which is a lot more scenic and relaxed than subway, passing all the major tourist spots. If you Grab (their Uber) from the hotel to Bangkok downtown, it's only 2 to 3 hundred Bahts, about 25 to 35 minutes. The rooms were very clean. We got a premium room so it was very large, and had two-side street views. The roof top pool is small, good only for dipping. The adjacent lounging area is lovely - open air but also covered, great for gathering and drinks. The entrance and lobby has a Moorish feel, quite tasteful. The massage day spa is attached, at the front of the hotel. Prices are very competitive, so you don't need to go anywhere else. The helpful staff can give you discount coupon each time you go. We will definitely go back.

What a great choice an great value. The location is superb! A one min walk places you in street food heaven at night. 7-11 in across the street, and 2 nice massage places are right next door, and open to midnight! I can put my kids to sleep and go down for a massage… heaven. The room has lovely visual details of quality wood furnishings and stylish lanterns, and is large. Spotlessly clean. Windows open, and water and coffee and fridge included. The view from the roof deck is great, with seating areas and a nice (cool) pool and nice quality loungers for sunbathing. So much nicer than I expected!! Tuktuks and drivers don’t know it by name, so be ready to show it on a map. The one downside is they don’t serve breakfast and the area is pretty dead in the mornings. I’ve yet to find a good breakfast spot, but I’ll look again today. Picked up fresh sliced mango on the corner last night for 50 baht, so I’ll be ok : ) Seems this area is more for the night owls!
