Great Hospitality, Awesome Hotel Room”
I went there to spend my birthday's eve with my two young children. They personally love Dorsett Hartamas, for the comfy bed and the bath tub! I have to agree with that! If you're hungry or need some snacks, food is easy to get. Just a click away, use those food delivery apps or walk to the opposite mall. There is a pizza joint named WOP that serves delicious Napoleon pizza! We love it! Did I mentioned the bed is so comfy? It is! We slept soundly...until we were interrupted by some noise. I ignored it at first until I heard a loud sound, like glass breaking. Then I saw water coming down from the ceiling near the entrance door. Pheww. I was imagining something else... like a Japanese female ghost walking towards the sleepy me who just celebrated her new age. "Thank God it's just some leakage", I told myself. I quickly called the receptionist to ask for help and they sent a maintenance guy at 2 in the morning. He then inspected the leakage and suggested that I change the room so I called the receptionist again and she delightfully got us a new room with the same features. Another staff member came up and helped to assist us in the new room and also carry our small weekender bag. Super attentive, I must say! I am impressed! I will definitely stay here again in future!

Very clean washroom, bed & pillows are very comfortable. No odor of any kind in the room. The wall-hung shower gel & shampoo fragrant smells expensive. Eateries can be limited in the surrounding area but there are plenty right across the road.

Very convenient location with a shopping mall in walking distance. The room cleanliness is good. Bathroom provided hair dryer. Just the room I booked and stay is without window. Overall do have a quite and peace night for a sleep there.

Staff so nice,there is variety of food for breakfast u can choose .worth it if u add on breakfast ,location u can walkthrough using the pedestrian bridge direct to the shopping mall opposite the hotel even when it’s raining..no need to bring umbrella.,,have nearby spa,shops in front the hotel,and the hotel is room exactly like in the pictures.the bath tub are huge and clean .my best ever hotel stay with my husband and kids .

Mattress, pillow, comforter are great. Toilet with a bathtub. Room are quite spacious. Delicious breakfast varieties, but sadly they dont have in-room dining. Parking rate at RM3.50 (need validation) is fine.

Nice clean room. The only comment is we got combined bed instead of one big bed. With small kids, the bed could get separated as they were jumping on it.

We enjoy our stay and friendly staff service. We love the fantastic scenery view, delicious foods and sport facilities at rooftop. Our room is clean and my partner likes the fragrance in the air. The free breakfast provided is overcooked, there is improvement required in the quality of food service. We found the food service quality does not match with the standard service provided by star rating hotel.

The room is nice and clean, bed is so comfy, staffs are very attentive and I love every minute of staying at the hotel! The room is not quite sound-proof so you can hear people walking in the hallways, but apart from that everything is excellent!

The rooms were modern, spacious and sparkly clean. Swimming pool and gym offers a scenic view at the 27th floor. Location wise, it is walking distance to Hartamas plaza as well as a short drive away from Mont Kiara for dining options.

Best hotel for people on a budget”
The room is spacious, and it comes with a tub. The room was spotless clean. Super comfortable. Near quite a few restaurants. The pool’s huge. When we got to the pool, there’s nobody there. You’ll see direct view of the Istana Negara from the pool. Definitely recommended.

1) All the staffs are nice and polite. Even reminded me to scan the My Sejahtera QR code before checking in. 2) The room is suffice. Very clean. The right size. The bathroom is clean as well. 3) Due to CMCO, a lot of the facilities are close (Quite a bummer) 4) The process of checking in & out went on smoothly. 5) Maybe the only con is that the management needs to update on the welcoming email sent to guests. Some of the notes given (i.e used of parking ticket is no longer valid) might confuse the guests upon arriving.

I night stay ! ”
I stay here after I finished my conference at MITEC. So tired to drive back home. So, it is last minute booking, but really worth it my money. It also opposite to the famous Cili Kampung Restaurant. Good location at all. Cont - The parking is limited. Need to park inside basement at beside the hotel (other building). I recommend u guys take vallet parking for more convinient if u bring along elderly.
