Excellent hotel”

Very nice hotel. If you are looking for a hotel close to O'Hare airport - this is what you need. It is only one subway station away from airport, about 50 minutes from downtown. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, even shower was very good. Heater was excellent, it became even hot in our room. And the room was not very expensive, so I 100% recommend this hotel for your stay.

It was the best trip ever! I was traveling in Chicago downtown all day and when I got back to Double Tree, I felt so comfortable and relax after a long day. The hotel was very clean and my room smell so great. For the TV, every channal was HD that's why I love this hotel the most because I love to watch TV every night. Staffs were so friendly and polite, check-in and out were so fast. The bed was so comfortable and I felt so great while sleeping. I would be back there again next time!

Very good hotel”

Hotel is clean, not too far from airport , they have shuttle bus to the airport. Hotel is close to Train station just 15 minutes by walk. The train will bring you to the Chicago down town. Hotel is also close conventional center.

It's a good hotel for short visit ”

Perfect and good service , but I had an issue is that I required to leave chicago earlier ,but no refund accepted for the remaining 3 days left

Great Hotel but no free wifi”

The location is near the airport and free shuttle make it very easy to go between airport and hotel. But no free wifi may make customers very disappointed because if you want to use the network you must pay 12$ per day, which is ...... disgusting.

Nice stay”

Had a nice stay... Easy access to public transport, metro station is 2 blocks away - gets bit lonely at night to walk from metro station to hotel. Hotel staff could not arrange for a safe deposit locker even though they said they will, had to return with the valuables back to my room.

Decent hotel”

There's a nice steak restaurant in the hotel. The rooms are big but perhaps need some makeover.

Paid through Agoda but was still charged to the credit card provided for deposit purpose upon checkout. Had to go through some hassles before getting the refund. However, thanks to Julia from accounting department for the refund.

I was here for a convention this time and the hotel convention center. There was also access to the convention center via a bridge that was connected via the parking lot which was very helpful. The hotel accommodations are nice and the food restaurant selections are good. Although I had something gone missing after the cleaning crew went through the room the one time I was there, I would recommend this hotel, just keep an eye on your belongings

Nice hotel - don't miss gibsons”

Enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff clean uodated room, and very comfortable bed. Easy walk to the entertainment district but the best food we had was attached to the hotel!

Prison Hotel”

Once you arrive and you have to stay. You have to pay to park! Pool is advertised but it’s closed. Stay away unless you’re there for the night.
