I can recommend it in any ways. Great location in walking distance to changkat area. The apartment is well furnished, more as big enough for two people.

It’s good but don’t expect a hotel ”
This property offers a great, spacious apartment, with enough suppose for the number of people who book (so, if two people are on the booking then there will be two of everything). Request for additional things, such as extra glasses, were met with questions and non-supply. Two small water bottles are provided free, with extras charged at RM5 per 350ml bottle. The pool was great and there is a good coffee shop near by. I would be happy to stay here again but will adjust my expectations away from an E&O style hotel to a very nice serviced apartment.

No buffet breakfast”
This is our second stay in this hotel. Everything was fabulous in 2017. We stayed this time around from 16-21 Jun at the 3rd floornof tower 1. The room is spacious, clean & cosy. The 2 toilet bidet water pressure in the 2nd room and living room is low. The breakfast are set breakfast of only 4 to choose from! We ate there on 17 & 18 and after eating the same spread which cannot be changed when we asked the restaurant staff, we decided to pay for our own brealfast from 19-21. We gave our feedback to the front desk and was informed that the restaurant set the breakfast menu and there is nothing that they can do about it! So for those of you who have stayed there previously in 2017 (I can only site example on my previous stay; not sure of situation slightly before pre-covid) and wish to pay for breakfast at RM$25 per head for their current stay pls consider. I certainly wont come back

Overall is not so bad. However staff need to improve their service when comes to customer request. Not sure how long it takes to send packs of coffee. Waited for almost 3hrs. Having problem with Internet. Not much to said.

The building and its amenities in the building is beautiful and really relaxing. I only stayed here for a day so I did not have a chance to test out any of the facilities

Housekeeping service is quite or very slow. The place is spacious for 2 bed rooms with bathtub in the master room. good for big family. This accommodation doesn't provide any floor mat in the bathroom, we cant dry it when the bathroom is wet.

Located within 15 mins walk to Pavillion. Flooring of the room was not well maintained, and bathroom cleanliness was normal.
